Just go to Trenton. I gave them too many chances. Had issues the last 3 times I’ve been here. Have had partially frozen burger patties and twice where they went directly against special requests for no mayo (my wife simply doesn’t like mayo) on the classic chicken sandwich. The first time with the chicken sandwich we simply called, refused the free sandwich telling them it’s ok we just want things to change and for the workers to pay better attention. Second time we asked no mayo and made sure that it had tomato (that it comes with by default and was also left off the first time) and they told us it comes with tomato, only to open the sandwich to again no tomato and EXTRA mayo. We did go back for a remake and like I started with just go to Trenton ave wendys, this one is too much of a disaster

Literally ordered Only Lettuce, Only pickle. EVERY TIME! And EVERY TIME, they mess it up. Wendy’s used to be great. Good quality food, good quality ingredients. They got your order right… more the food meat tastes old, the fries are terrible. And the workers can never get your order correct. Not one on the past 8 times had my order been correct.

At approximately 11:45 in the morning. Today I went to dine in. They were busy with DoorDash orders and the boss seemed to continuously be shouting about how short stuffed they were. Shortly after I got my food the boss went around and locked all of the doors So that no new people could come in to the business. He was also exceptionally rude to his employees. And even continued to complain to the existing customers regarding the situation and bragged about how he used to be a chef in a real restaurant.
Food: 3 stars- fast food (what else do you expect)
Service: 1 star- boss man
Atmosphere: 1 star- its cold out today and it wasn’t much warmer inside the restaurant.

The jr cheeseburger came with a mustard essence all over the wrapper the patty shrunk was hard had a smell like it was old as hell. Fries were fresh. Chicken sandwich was undercooked and had a smell as well (biggie bags) . The fountain drinks were all out but unless you want zero sugar and all that or water you are in luck. They turned off capacha verification on the tiffinnave site so can’t file a complaint so went here. Side note: request a in front of your eyes fresh food drop or else!!

Came through Friday evening around 5:15. I ordered 3 value sandwiches and a small fry.
I was told I had to wait for fresh chicken for my two sandwiches. No big deal I pulled forward to wait. I sat there for almost 20 minutes before I put my car into reverse and waited at the window again. The girl came to the window and asked what I needed. I told her my order they forgot! We then waited a few more minutes. Maybe 5. When we got our food the chicken was NOT fresh and the fries were cold. I will never return here because this location had poor service everytime we come here. It’s always missing or incorrect food. The employees seem to like to converse rather than work. Corporate needs to come in here and make some big changes.

Waited close to 25 minutes only to finally get my food and realize it was cold. Employees standing around on their phones while a line of cars waited on food. Every time I try to go to this location it is a similar experience. Avoid it if possible.

Ordered breakfast and they messed up every sandwich called the store and the manager blamed it on how chaotic it was I feel that it’s a management issue if a lot of customers is chaotic to a fast food restaurant. Save your money people or until corporate gets new management that can handle a fast food restaurant.

I would give the service 0 stars if I could. Not sure who the girl is working drive thru as I type this 2/9/26 12:50p.m.but she’s very rude!! Also, all I asked for was for a CUP of mayo & she acted like it was an inconvenience to her. I wait for a minute after she abruptly closes the window only for her to hand me 2 PACKETS of mayo & hurry to shut the window! I tried to call after I left to find out what the problem/issue is or was but since nobody wants to pick up the phone (I called 2x) I guess I will just call corporate! Also, I ordered & paid for a LG drink on my mobile order but was given a medium because they said they are out of lg cups & my sandwich today was a replacement from them messing it up the last time only to make it wrong a 2nd time! Not sure why this location is still open. They can’t keep people & the ones that are there don’t care obviously.

The wait takes a while. I prefer fresh so that is completely fine. Mos5 of the time no baked potatoes which stinks and if I do they are old and nasty.

Very bad, they make you wait 30 minutes supposedly because they’re cooking the meat, and in the end they give it to you cold. A very bad experience, I’ve never been so disappointed with a Wendy’s.
