We’re heading back to michigan to see family and decided to pull off here for a bathroom and lunch break. Bathrooms were clean. Not a huge line, and the bearded gentleman at the drive thru was absolutely delightful. The sweet chili sauce was amazing! Thank you for the recommendation. i don’t normally do fast food but this was no joke the best wendy’s or fast food i’ve personally had in 5 years or more. Nuggets were perfect, fries hot. Genuinely a fantastic place. Highly recommended.

Ordered ahead, still took 15 minutes to get though the drive through. Chicken sandwich was not wrapped properly so all the lettuce fell out in the bag. Nuggets had very clearly gone bad and tasted rotten. Fries were cold and tasted like they were fried in week old oil.
This is my 5th very bad Wendy’s experience in a row, I will no longer be eating at Wendy’s. It’s unfortunate because they used to be my favorite fast food option. Sad to see the quality slip so far.

Tried the new chicken strips for the first time. From what I see on their TV commercial it looked very tasty. It wasn’t! Chicken strips were overcooked, really crunchy and dry inside. Won’t be buying them anymore! I’ll stick with Lee’s from now on

Wow so expensive and you don’t get a lot. I got their new chicken strips delicious but very expensive and they charge you .50 cents a sauce. I got a 3 piece meal with 2 extra sauces it came to 14.07. My friend got a Dave’s triple meal large size came to 14.29.

Pulled up to the drive thru window around 4:25pm. Worker came on the speaker right away and said they would be right with us. Waited about 5 minutes and was getting ready to leave without ordering when the worked came back on and said they weren’t taking orders at this time. Wouldn’t have been irritated or left a bad review if they had told us that to begin with.

Can’t get a basic order right. I’ve been 3 times in the last 4 months and my order was wrong each time (the same error each time). The manager has a very bad attitude and no customer service skills. The prices are high, even for fast food, and not worth wasting your money if you expect to get what you paid for. Will not be back, and will definitely not advise anyone to go there.

My family and I stopped in Bluffton for a snack while on taking a family trip. The restaurant did not offer a welcoming atmosphere. One of the staff members just stood by the fry station staring at me and my family. The food wasn’t appetizing in the least bit. The fries were cold, the nuggets were hard and dried out then the chili and baked potato were under cooked. Felt like a complete waste of time and money. Each person spent about 20$ to 25$ and we were very much disappointed. Due to weather conditions we didn’t want to make another stop so we finished our 4 hour drive just eating when we got home.
