Go through the Drive thru here. They only focus on the drive thru. They ignore walk in customers. I waited over 10 minutes, only me in line, NOT THE FIRST TIME this happened. . Nobody would even make eye contact with me. Not one HI , be right with ya, nothing. But I noticed the drive thru was banging. Even the manager ignored me, walking right passed with the headset on acted like I was invisible, so did the rest of the crew. BTW, I left , went down to Subway, was greeted as I walked through the door and custom sandwich made and out the door in 5 minutes.

Always have really bad experiences at this Wendy’s. I have gone here multiple times trying to give it a shot but might as well go to Parkersburg Wendy’s instead. The service from their employees is horridness, the food is ushaly cold by the time you get it for dine in. Drive thru your order is ushaly wrong. I understand a mistake here and there but I’ve givens this place alot of chances and even the one manager I talked to thought of my concerns as a joke. This place definitely needs a re start. Let me also mention the employee in the back with long hair hanging down waring a tank top and shorts…. O but she was waring non slip shoes which was their main concern…. But making my food and multiple other customers…

Asked for grape fanta got orange hi c. Asked for a frosty got charged for nothing. I’ve let these things slide too long. This was just my last trip. I don’t want to “just come back” so they can fix it. There was no one else there. I was the only customer they had to worry about. If they don’t want to take an extra 2 seconds to check my food and make sure its right I don’t want to give them my money.

My grandmother has worked here for years and manager after manager has been horrible. Today, my grandmother had an accident where she hit her head hard enough she had to go to the ER. The manager made her work for another 20 minutes before letting her go to the ER. If I lived in the area, I would be having my choice of words with said manager. Very inhumane mgmt at this location.
