Definitely one of my favorites for a fast food craving and the only chain place that I can still eat these days. But I grew up going to this location and will continue to go to this location because they have good service and staff no matter what day it is or what time it is and they get your order right all the time at least that’s been my experience with them where I can’t say the same thing about the other locations in the area.

Went through the drive through for food. Extremely nice staff and food is always great! Way superior to McDonald’s and waiting in line moves quickly and food is always prepared very well. My choice of restaurants!!

Got our order wrong. Specifically told the worker taking our order that we did not want hot sauce on our french fry order. Was supposed to have chilli on it among other things and when we got it it was only french fries and they were smothered in the hot sauce. We told them at least 3 times NO hot sauce. They continued to ask if we wanted the sauce and we continued to say no. It’s the only thing we ended up getting. A bowl of french fries with hot sauce. No chilli no toppings just hot sauce. Also ordered a bacon cheese burger and didn’t get it AT ALL.

On supper break. Ordered#1 in drive thru. Pulled around. They had bag ready to go. Didn’t have time to ask them to remake it. As anticipated, burger was cold with redness in the middle (fed it to the crows). Lettuce wedge had a huge inedible and bitter vein in it, though it was fresh. Fries were fresh and hot. Had them. Frosty was seeping out the top and all over my hands as I tried to drink it. I love Wendy’s, but on this day, they did not take any pride in their work. I believe if I ate that hamburger, I would have become sick.

This place routinely messes up orders. We stopped going there for a while specifically because they routinely messed up orders. I gave them another shot tonight and half my order was left at the restaurant. I don’t understand why it is so hard to put hamburgers in bags. I guess it’s the concept of the right number of hamburgers to put in the bag that seems to be too complicated for them. Regardless… avoid. Unless you like taking multiple trips to fast food restaurants. And then eating cold hamburgers.
