Sat in drive through for 10 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us and an empty parking lot. Would understand a delay if it was busy but that was ridiculous. Did not even order just left. With that kind of wait to get order taken who knows how long it would have taken to get the food to us. Not going to waste my time returning there any time soon

There is ALWAYS a long line that you have to wait in forever and by the time you finally get your food it’s normally old and cold from having to wait so long and the staff is never friendly. The last time I went to this Wendy’s, it was about 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a drive thru restaurant. Haven’t had Wendy’s in a while and this was my first time at this location and I was extremely pleased with the fries, they were hot and fresh probably because they had just opened but still, we got the biggie bag jbc and the chicken, all items were good and service was fast.

Orders are messed up or missing items more times than not, most of the time the food isn’t hot and fresh,it’s warm-ish and you can tell it’s been on a heating rack for awhile. The employees always act like the customers are a bother and are an interruption,but still better than McNastys.
