I had dealt with this location quite often for a while now, usually don’t have the most issue, my best experiences are when the male manager is on duty. But today was a different situation.
I’m not a person to leave reviews or care but I’m tired of dealing with rude workers just cause they have to do the job they applied for. Today me and my boyfriend decided to make the quick stop for something quick to eat. Ordered our food and it was all fine till we got to the window.
When we get to the window, we pay and she hands out our drinks, and this is when my boyfriend asks for the straws while we wait for our food cause he was thirsty, the last working the window said “they will be in the bag” with an attitude and slams the window in his face. I was just kinda in shock, cause that’s a simple nice question and he got attitude back and disrespected. She left the window shut until the food was done and the handed it out and then the food was even wrong which put the cherry on top.
It wasn’t a huge deal, but neither was the question or just simply doing your job and grabbing the straws for us while we wait.
We went about 11am on Saturday January 3rd so definitely avoid this time! I’ll always be looking out for who’s working for what kind of experience I get, and I shouldn’t have to.

Service is terrible, they want to move the drive through so badly that you never get what you ordered even thought it was a manager that was working the drive thru. When you go in to ask for whats missing they ignore you for 10 minutes. I got about half of the 30 dollars in food I paid for and when I went in to get the rest all I got was an attitude and they still didnt replace what was missing. Got the wrong drinks, got no sauces although I paid for extra, no spoons for the kids frosties, no napkins, missing 2 full 10 piece meals that they did not replace. And ordered kids meals with apples but instead recieved fries.

This use to be the best wendys, food was good and hot order done correctly. The last several times has not been that good. I went today and ordered baked potato with bacon and cheese, the potatoes have gotten smaller and now they don’t put much cheese on them I also got nuggets (they need a box for the nuggets, there all in the bag and i hate that)! I ordered a medium sweet tea. The tea tasted kinda like a peach favor (not really sure) took it back because I was very thirsty they gave me another and said it was regular sweet tea, I didn’t try it (my mistake) it tasted the same as the other so it got trashed and my money paid for nothing. They use to have good tea also. I could have eaten at McDonald’s for $5.50 with a large sweet tea, instead paid $10 something here at wendys for food and tea that wasn’t good. Be a long time before I go back and try them again.

If youre wanting Wendy’s, I would suggest driving a few miles down the road and going to the one on Adam’s Ave. This is by far the bottom of the barrel for Wendy’s restaurants in our area. Food is always sub par but the management and service is the real issue.

We eat Wendys all the time. At least once a week, best burgers around. However we usually only come here when its convenient to us. We try not to for the most part.
We went here right before Christmas, ordered through the app like we always do. Go in to pick up and eat inside and after telling the cashier our name, he found the order and then seemed confused. He found it but then it was gone. He called ” the evening manager ” over and they couldn’t find it. Finally she says, here it is, it shows unpaid or payment declined. I showed it to her on the app where we ordered and paid for it, I even showed her my bank account where it was already a pending charge. She basically said there’s nothing she can do. We’re not getting our food or a refund. I knew arguing with this person wouldn’t go anywhere and she told me to contact the manager the next day. So we left, drove across the bridge, ordered through the app again, and ate our dinner with no issues.

I talked to a manager Robert the next day on 12-23. He said that they handled this all wrong and should of just gave me my food. He said that he would make this right, come in and tell them Robert said to make your order and it would be taken care of. He didn’t even ask how much or anything. Just said we will make it right. I believed him to be genuine.
Today I went in to get our $20.62 worth of food and was met by yet another ” manager “. I told him the situation and what Robert said, who wasn’t there unfortunately. He said before he could do anything I needed to call the Wendy’s app, get confirmation of the order or the mistake, not sure, and then he could possibly get the food that was owed. I stated Robert said he would take care of it, not make me jump through more hoops and arguments. I told them to just forget the $20 worth of food. I won’t be back. Its much easier to just click dispute charge on my bank account, which i did, then to go through this headache for $20.

Robert, if you see this, I appreciate what you were willing to do to make the customer happy. Everyone else involved should take note of how to manage properly. But no worries, there’s a much better Wendy’s right across the bridge.

Also, upon looking at other reviews, it seems the exact thing just happened to someone else, and yes I believe Nikki was the manager that we had as well the night before.

Honestly the times we do eat here are because there’s nothing else. There’s never a time they get any order right. Most of the time we overlook the incompetent workers because who cares about fast food work… We, the people paying for the food, do, though. If the male manager is working, my wife always says he is the only one who has a brain in that place. If it’s the brown haired older lady, well… Even exchanging honey barbecue for honey mustard is far beyond her wheelhouse of expertise.

It amazes me how they can get sauces wrong, then when you tell them, they tell you essentially you have to keep the wrong sauces and pay for the right ones. When you remind them you want the ones you asked for, not whatever they grabbed, they melt down and require management to help. If you need management to switch out sauces, after we’ve let so many times slide before… Nope. We won’t be back.

Your food will be wrong. You won’t have what you paid for, and they’ll try to charge you to correct it. Ask for a refund and take your business elsewhere. That’s what we did. We’re sick of these corporations jerking us around. Provide what is asked for, what is paid for. That is not too hard. Unless you work at this Wendy’s.

I ordered online. I get to window and lady says shows not paid. It shows on receipt and bank account. Nikki the manager pretty much called me a liar and said she didn’t care what receipt said that it happens sometimes. Told me not to curse because I was mad. Now I paid for food and it shows picked up and can’t get ahold of corporate on weekend of course.

The service here, the crew working at the time I visited, and the manager, are remarkably courteous and friendly. I’ve reviewed over 360 places in my 5 years as a local guide. Never was I treated so nicely. Especially since I accidentally dumped my large coffee on my table, chair, and the floor. They came immediately when I told them and also brought a fresh cup of coffee. In addition I noticed that the dining area was nearly spotless. Amazingly clean and organized. Whenever you can come visit this Wendy’s. Oh, and the food was delicious.

So we were at this store and got some food from the drive thru and after eating my lady had to use the restroom and while in there some dude came thru the door of the women’s restroom while she is handling her business and she’s tells him to leave and he immediately says he’s allowed to come in! Of course she complains to the manager and all she got was more deranged answers like.. oh yeah, he can knock and then just go on in!.. basically these pervs up at this Wendy’s are crashing in on unsuspecting females with manager approval !!! Regardless of what you think a decent place wouldn’t allow 18yr old boys to walk into a female restroom under the disguise of cleaning to get a cheap thrill! Pretty disgusting. I’ll be filing a complaint with the appropriate owners!

This location is wildly inconsistent depending on who’s in charge. When the male manager is running things, it’s a smooth experience friendly, fast, and the food is always right. But when either of the two female managers are on duty, brace yourself for eye-rolls, sarcasm, and a clear disdain for customers.

Today was a prime example. I tried to order six biscuits something I’ve been doing daily for two weeks and suddenly it became an ordeal. The cashier acted like I was asking for a favor, not making a purchase. Then the manager got involved, throwing around “corporate policy” like I work for her. I showed a receipt from yesterday where I bought eight biscuits, and she still dismissed it with an eye-roll and a snarky “they shouldn’t have done that.”

Look, I’m not here for drama I just want to pay full price for what I’ve been ordering consistently. The attitude was unnecessary and the customer service was flat-out disrespectful. If this is the tone leadership sets, no wonder the energy shifts so drastically depending on who’s managing.
