As far food goes this is a great Wendy’s to stop at. They do not short the sandwiches. They seem better made than most places. Id like to thank Sam especially. Are food was brought to us with a smile. Clean as well. Great!

Guy that took our order seem to hate his job to be honest all off the food we got was cold and tasted old. My fries looked like they were just thrown in the bag. The only thing that was warm but still not fresh was the cinnabon pull apart bread. Definitely not gonna hit this place again when we come back through

Went to the location close to closing time. I called prior and got no answer BUT shortly after I got a call back from MONICA. First off, I have never in my life called a fast food restaurant and got a call back. I got a call back and it was Monica asking me about my question. The service of her team went above and beyond and I will absolutely be returning to this Wendy’s location. I appreciate her time and effort along with her team to go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend this Wendy’s.

The worst Wendy’s you can go to. Had to wait 10 minutes for my chicken sandwiches got them and they are hard, dry, cool and have stail buns. Same order got a order of chili cheese fries they forgot the chilli and the fries.

UPDATE
Kids really wanted Wendy’s so I thought okay we will give them another chance. Well this ti.e order was correct BUT my daughter ordered a baked potato just to be told after it’s handed out the window that they we out of butter and the potato was not worth eating. A baked potato is white this thing was so brown definitely over cooked or left over from yesterday. This has to be the worse restaurant in Jackson.
The two girls working the windows were very rude, ordered a combo didn’t get the fries which is fine because the baconator fries had so much salt kinda made ya sick eating very many. Ordered a plain lemonade got a mango flavored one. And I was only one in line so they had plenty of time to get the order correct. Do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone

Came in the evening yesterday. Every thing was ok besides our nuggets was little old tasting and fries was a little cold. We was wondering what happened to their women worker we always saw at the frys because it seemed like everytime for a year we ordered wail she was working at the nuggets and fries it would be so fresh that we would half to wait a little just to be able to eat. She might have been pregnant we never asked. We hope she’s doing well haven’t seen her in weeks we hope too see her back.They was so kind to fix our order and made them completely freash, they made us feel like family with smiles on their faces and funny jokes like that women would service is with.Our booth was very clean and the women’s bathroom has been much cleaner lately

Pulled up the drive through speaker and was told I’ll be right with you, sat in silence for over 10 minutes until I finally left. The whole time I sat there they had two employees coming out to water flowers but couldn’t take an order in ghat 10 minutes?
