When we walked in to the Wendy’s on South Bridge St another couple walked in behind us. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement even though a manager walked by us numerous times. I finally asked if we needed to do something different to place an order the manager stated that the cashier was working on pickup orders and he had a lot of them. After a few more minutes the manager finally takes our order. I believe there was at least 2 managers on duty with a few other employees that seen us all standing there clueless on what to do. I’m not sure the reason why but the service was well below standards the food was mediocre at best. This Wendy’s used to be the nicest in town and now it’s one of the dirtiest places in Chillicothe. Yes it’s fast-food but still they should have some sort of standards to go by. Zero customer service and l highly recommend North bridge St store. The sign really says it all.

Slowest Wendy’s I’ve been to. Spent 30+ minutes picking up a mobile order that was ordered well in advance, while watching others get their food and go. Staff here aren’t friendly at all and seem miserable. Will not be returning to this Wendy’s.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s in existence. Tonight I arrived on the lot at 8:30pm with 4 cars in front of me. We sat and sat and sat. Finally one car moved up. The third car gave up and left. I finally got to the drive thru speaker at 9pm!! 30 freaking minutes!!
I had a mobile order in but still had to wait in line. I called the phone while waiting to see if I could just bypass everyone in the DT and was told no that I had to wait in line.
Then I get to the window finally and I’m told they are out of chilli. But they can’t refund my money for the chili. They obviously aren’t smart enough to do that. Instead they want to give me a crispy chicken sandwich. It’s a $4.99 chilli!
This location is a joke. I with corporate in Columbus would take a good look at it and do something. They loose a lot of customers. It total i watched 6 vehicles drive off and go to other restaurants because of sitting in the DT for so long.

This location has gotten really bad with their service, especially in the drive thru. They never have chili. Ive even called ahead and they said it would be two hours before chili would be ready. It’s chili season. Get it together and get it ready! I can go over to the other locations and get it with no problem but I try this location because it is closer to my work. From now on I’ll just go ahead and skip this location.

The menu price didn’t match what I ordered. Stated 2.69. They tried to charge me 3.39. I had to show a pic of the discrepancy. Was told they updated the prices. Cashier was very defensive. Not your fault. Manager did give me $1 off for the issue so I will give 3 stars overall.
It is a huge chain. The menu board needs updated before you update your POS system.

Paid for a large meal and the fries in the large was barely ½ filled. The food was barely warm and the guy who handed us the food handed the bag and turned around quickly closing the window without saying a word. I won’t go back to this location until they clean up their crap and give the correct portions. $23 for $15 worth is a rip off.
Update: Food tasted like CRAP. I will never go back and I feel like I wasted my time and money. Guess I’ll go to the McDonald’s right by it instead since their customer service is good and food is fresh. I bet this Wendy’s would fail an inspection at this point, food tasted like it was sitting out for a while. I took a bite and threw it away.

Watched an elder woman employee cough in her hands twice and then touch every item I ordered including my payment method. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back to this location.

Ordered a burger with no tomato add mustard. There was no mustard at all. And guess what, there was a tomato on there. Went there a week ago and scanned a barcode for $2 off a meal. She didn’t even try to re scan or even give me my discount from my job (Pixelle). When I complained that she charged me full price she said to call corporate there’s nothing she can do…. I’ve worked there before for over a year. Andshe could have made it right. Just stupid and inconsiderate. Thanks Wendy’s. I’m done with it.

forgot pretty much all the food, was in too much of a rush to get home to check, so that’s partly on me. I paid for everything i ordered, but only got about 30% of the food.
