We love going to Wendy’s on East Main Street. Tara and another lady in the morning for breakfast shift is so polite and always have a smile. Great customer service, friendly. Love it! Food is always fresh and good. Love..love your coffee!!!

Ordered a Biggie bag with junior bacon cheeseburger and there was NO BACON AT ALL! Plus everything I get one of those there us only the stem from a leaf of romaine lettuce. Apparently the rest of it goes to the salads they make. I have always talked about how good Wendy’s has been but very dissatisfied lately. Wendy’s is the only fast food I eat, but might just stop doing that too!

Food was good, as expected. Only real issue is salad container splits in half, (top-bottom) and you can’t mix it without most falling out. Should be more like a bowl with full depth sides and flat top.

We had a small issue with our order(no big deal) but the woman that came over, was so rude. She acted as if it was a bother to even deal with a customer. We regularly use Wendy’s as a public space to conduct interviews while enjoying good food. The front counter person was very sweet however the manager needs some customer service training. I will say She may have been sick, it sounded as if she needed to clear her throat. I believe her name was mellisa.
