We went through the drive-through at 7 PM and had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food. When we got home, I had a baked potato that was not edible. We definitely will not frequent this Wendy’s.

We were planning on dining in. We walk in and it’s colder inside than it is outside. We ask about it and it sounds like they’ve been waiting on a part for their HVAC unit for weeks now. It’s a shame that you would have your employees working in a place that’s so cold. Not only that, but there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor in the dining area. The food was great. The service was great but the atmosphere. What atmosphere? Come on corporate- fix it.

On this specific visit, the dining room was closed (doors locked) but the drive-thru was operating. I don’t know why the dining room was closed, but I believe it was due to not enough employees. The drive-thru service was slower than usual but my order was accurate & delicious.

I love Wendy’s food. When it’s right it’s perfect. Unfortunately they can’t ever get it right. At ANY location. They all absolutely suck. The company really needs to do better or I can tell you they won’t be around much longer, I never have both hot food or sauce. It’s always one or the other. They forget my other nuggets. Doesn’t matter anyways because I didn’t get my sauce. Waste of money and time.

The lady taking orders was rude. We were asked to pull into a spot and waited over 10 minutes. Had to go in to get our food and the order was wrong. The kid working inside hustled around to correct it while the two ladies just stood there chatting among themselves. Second time this has happened at this Wendy’s. Will not go back again!

I had not been here in a long time and was so hungry for baked potato with Extra butter and sour cream…I always check my order but did not this time….I get to work and I have a plain baked potato.. No butter…No Sour cream … ughhh

Went in at 3 til 6pm. No one in the store and 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru. My mother and I stood there for about 5 minutes. The guy making burgers and the woman working the frier both saw us and did not react. The guy walked past us multiple times. Not a word was said. No gestures, no acknowledgement. Tired of being ignored, we left for a different Wendy’s.
The staff at the Clyo/Wilmington Wendy’s were delightful. In and out in the same time with our food and smiles on everyone’s face.

Food was good for Wendy’s but it’s not very pleasant inside, floor is gross and the fixtures are outdated. Really looks like a break room with the employees things taking up tables in the dining area. Tables dirty just overall not great. For Centerville this place is Horrible.

I hadn’t been to this Wendy’s in a long time, and this visit was disappointing. The restaurant looks run down, the service was rude, and the food quality was poor. The fries weren’t crispy, the burger tasted off, and the bun was hard. It’s also disappointing to see no engagement from Wendy’s on reviews for this location. With Wendy’s closing underperforming restaurants, this one feels like it should be on that list.

Went to this location around 8:00 at night. I ordered my food which I ordered chicken tenders so they were made to order. I also ordered a Baconator and I live about 15 minutes away my food when I got home was still very hot and amazing best experience by far!
