This is NOT what a chocolate brownie batter swirl Frosty w/ extra brownie batter (paid the upcharge for it!) looks like.
Sad part is that this is what I got AFTER I pointed out that it didn’t have extra batter. She took it around the corner and I have a feeling she just stirred It up a bit, because it basically looks the same as it did the first time. I’m on lunch break so I don’t have time to argue with her.
Even sadder, I think this was **the manager** that made it. ♂️. I order these all the time. I know what it’s supposed to look like. This isn’t it. It’s supposed to have a dome lid so they can fit more brownie batter, and it should have a bunch of brownie batter when you pay extra, which I did.
It’s stuff like this that explains why you guys are having to close 250 stores next year, per the news. Do better, Wendy’s. Train your people, and check up on them.

Wendy’s is just a bad if not worse as all the other fast food restaurants these days. There are 2 locations near us, both locations haven’t had chocolate frosties since August of 2025. The like one thing that you’re known for and we as consumers can’t get it. And if you buy one of these frosty key chains and you want to get a free jr frostie but that particular store is out or only has vanilla. They won’t even give you a free cookie instead.

For some reason, no matter if the drive through is empty or not, I always have to pull up and wait 5-15 minutes for food. Today, I was the only one in line and still had to wait about 5 minutes and they served me raw chicken for both of my spicy chicken sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting and you’re risking the health of your customers.

I ordered a Single Dave burger, waited for literally 25 minutes bc I had already paid, and my burger is literally not cooked. its completely raw. Its absolutely ridiculous I cant even get a burger after for waiting for so long, thats cooked. We already waited so long, why not add another 3 mins for the burger to be done ????

I hate to do this and I rarely complain. This isn’t a big deal and I don’t need a refund or anything.
I got a single with cheese, ketchup, and onion and didn’t get any onions. All of my fries were rock hard (probably were at the very bottom). I realize it was at 10pm and I know they close at 12am, so I understand if the fries aren’t going to be fresh. I just wish they didn’t crumble in my hand.
I tried calling 3 times and waited until it went to the voice mail I think. I wasn’t sure since there was no voice mail just a *beep* and then dead silence/no ringing.
The burger was alright though. I wanted to just let them know through phone, but I assume they were busy at that time.
People were nice and super fast. I think they got through 3 orders (including mine) within 5-7mins. I only saw 2 other people ahead of me and no one behind me.
I just didn’t think it was worth the $10 since my burger wasn’t made right, the fries weren’t edible, and I didn’t even get a drink I just got a cup of water with no ice (I wasn’t sure if they were out of ice).

Food was good. But no carbonated drinks in drink machine. Unsweetened tea was gross. She forgot a fry which my husband wouldn’t go ask for cause of how long it would take. Worst of all, The entire building needed a deep cleaning. The windows were clearly washed with a dirty rag, the dining room not cleaned at all. Every open table dirty. Not even a womens sign on womens bathroom and no paper towels. Entire bathroom gross.
The girl at register doing her best, but staff was slow to get food ready.
This was always our go to for after church, and this day was special as ny daughter had been baptized and wendys is her favorite place. Very disappointed

I don’t usually post reviews and when I do, it’s very rare, but this store is probably one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there even if there’s nobody inside or in the drive-through it’s at least a 20 minute wait. One day I only ordered a 10 piece nugget and I waited there for 25 minutes. Even when I pre-order on my app, it still takes forever

Came to Wendy’s so my son could try the Takis meal. I pulled up to the speaker and was told to wait, even though there was only one person at the window. After a few minutes, I placed my order, and proceeded to wait behind the person still at the window. After they left, I pulled forward. The lady handed me a medium cup and a small cup. I asked what the small cup was, she said “That’s the small root beer.” I told her I wanted medium. She proceeded to pour and hand me a medium root beer, but wouldn’t take the small back “because of COVID”. Covid is just a common cold now. But now I have a medium Coke for myself, and a medium and a small root beer for my 12 year-old. Then I had to wait like 10 more minutes on my food while the line got longer. Food was great, though. But I can see why Wendy’s has become the new Hardy’s. Every fastfood place seems to be except McDonald’s. I even caught employees fudging numbers at the speaker before.

Your coming home after a long monday and think, i love ice cream, i love caremel, i want icecream with carmel, i need dinner, ill go to wendys, you go you order a carmel vanila frosty, you get your food and you go home, you try this long awaited frosty, and its got gross chunks in it. Did i ask for a carmel crumble frosty? No, i hate toffee and ive just spent 4.99 on it, why are you giving me this when i asked for a carmel vanila frosty? If you were unsure you couldve just asked but instead i spent money on something i hate, and didnt get my ice-cream i wanted, thanks guys. Also whats with the 15-20 minute wait? Its called fast food im expecting it to be fast, i understand waiting a little but its a bit ridiculous waiting this long and not even getting my carmel and ice-cream.
