I don’t know what is going on with Wendy’s but I feel like yall can’t get it right! At any location in Dayton area! Get a half way filled cold chili, I paid almost $4 for, asked for onions and get not diced but rings of onions, and then there is my burger that well I’ll show you pictures, and you always have to pull up and wait for your order! The girl at the window was the part of the visit! Food isn’t cheap stop stealing your customers money by giving them food that is not worth a dime!!

DoorDash Review: Felicia Jones is the only responsive employee at this location. Otherwise the food takes way too long, orders are executed inaccurately, and it always comes out cold. If you have the choice to visit any other Wendy’s, don’t take the chance at this location.

Truly the most disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful Wendy’s I have ever been to. Every time you go through it’s a 20 minute wait just for them to give you either the wrong order or have multiple items missing. Then when you go back through so they can correct it they are disrespectful and act like you’re lying and talk smack even if you have the receipt and the food with you still. And God forbid you ask them for sauce for your food because they’ll act like it’s coming directly out their paychecks. Out here playing with peoples food and hard earned money is crazy and half them girls that work there need to watch who they talk crazy to. Save yourself and stay far away from this nasty establishment

They left me sitting there for easily a good 15 minutes at the menu board. Then when they did come back on, they proceeded to tell me their frosty machine was down. That told me all I needed to know: not to waste anymore of my time. And these restaurants should have a clue as to why they’re losing customers.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s ever. Bad enough to rant about how bad it was.
1. There ordering menu was only partially flipped to breakfast so I couldn’t see half the options, including the 2 for $3 that they had a building sign for.
2. My order was over $20 and they asked me to pull ahead to wait but never gave me a receipt.
3. I waited over 20 minutes before anyone came out. I even called 3 times and no one answered their phone.
4. I don’t normally complain about extra stuff but its not what I ordered: I order 1 sausage croissant sandwich and 1 bacon croissant sandwich, and got 2 with both bacon and sausage. I ordered a sausage burrito and got one with bacon and sausage. If I had know I could get both meats I would have ordered that but its not what I ordered.
5. The seasoned potatoes were as no temperature as they could be, like they sat on the counter for 20 minutes.
6. The best thing I could say was that they do use real eggs, and I could tell because there were eggshells in the burrito so it wasn’t even worth eating.

At about 8:25pm on Friday, Aug. 22nd, I ordered Baconator fries with nothing else at the drive through, which was not busy at all. The order taker told me to come to the second window, which I did. She gave me my debit card back and asked me to pull up by the door, which I did. A few minutes later she brings me my order, which I immediately checked, and they were cold except for the nacho cheese sauce. I got out of my car and tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I walked up to the 2nd drive through window and tried to show the order taker. She said there’s supposed to be shredded cheddar cheese on it. I told her I know that, and it’s the fries which are cold when they’re supposed to be hot. She said they would remake them. A bit later, they brought out a new hot order of Baconator fries that I could tell were hot. I left and when I got to my destination 5 minutes later, I pulled them out of the bag , which had sat upright on my car seat. The container was coated in cheese and the entire order was mixed up with the bacon. The container lid was evidence that they had deliberately flipped the container over and over.

I won’t be back to this Wendy’s. Decades ago, I worked for Wendy’s and if I had ever tried to pull this abhorrent behavior, I would’ve been fired. On top of it, the dining room was locked.

When we went to the order window to pick up our food, we were handed the wrong order. Initially it was at that point that I should have just canceled the order and left. Instead. I pulled forward as requested so that they could get me the correct order when receiving the order. I received two bags of food and no drinks. When I informed the employee who brought the food to me that I was missing my drinks, I gave him the drink orders. He then went inside to pick up the drink orders and came out with an incorrect drink order. We were supposed to receive a sweet tea and an orange cream soda. However, the employee informed me that the manager told him that we were receiving a milk in place of the orange cream soda because there was no such thing as an orange cream soda. When we decided to eat the order we were incredibly disappointed as the chicken nuggets, the hamburgers and the french fries were all room temperature. The cheese on our burgers were not melted. There was no warmth to the food at all. It seemed as though the food had sat out and was room temperature and we were given this food. I’m incredibly disappointed in this process in the service we received and will not visit this location again
