Rowan (and team) did an exceptional job.
It has been months and disappointment, time and time again. Rowan served fresh food with a smile. The Frosty machine temp was also perfect.

Wendy’s Corporate needs to worry less about different flavors of Frosty’s and worry about “going back to the BASICS”. The “Staple” Chocolate Frosty should ALWAYS be available at the correct temp, not vanilla.

I spent $30.00 for two people which is considered out outrageous. Plus l wanted the chocolate flavored Frosty which state did not have. They asked me did I want vanilla. When you come to Wendy’s you really come for the chocolate frosting why in the hell would I want the vanilla. Wendy’s, has stopped their specialty their special chocolate frosties what the hell.

From the second the girl took my order with attitude, to the kid who brought my food out while we waited, then stuttered before handing it over, I knew something was up. So good thing I felt something was off- they put hair in my food. Shut this disgusting place down. How dare they! I got my kids food as well!!

After so so many chances, I have finally just stopped going here. Out of baked potatoes is a constant. They take one order at a time and will not take next order until the car before you pulls out of the window. They run out of chili, they run out of Frostys. They randomly lock the doors so no one can go inside. I would give them -10 for service if that was an option because the one time I said something the entire crew grouped up in the window like this is their social life or something. This place has went so far downhill it should be closed because the last four or five managers have made zero difference.

Absolute trash. Every time I come through they take an extreme amount of time. Never have chocolate frosty, food is never right. Seriously needs new workers or completely demolished. This place been trash for years. Do nothing but be pissed off every time I come through.

I always have an amazing experience at this place. Its not too busy when I come in but the workers are nice and the foods always warm. Only time I’ve had issues is when I’ve doordashed but I don’t think thats the stores fault.

I always, always, always have bad experiences at Wendy’s. It doesn’t matter what location I go to. Today my kids requested the new Wednesday Meal of Misfortune. So I decided to give it a chance. I ordered on the app and assumed it would choose the location closest to me. I placed the order at 5:00 and chose a 5:30 pickup. I arrived at 5:30 exactly. There were several people having issues when I walked in. The manager was yelling and trying to fix the issues. I waited patiently. Finally I was asked what I was waiting on and I said I had a mobile order. I was then told that this location was not taking mobile orders. I was so confused. My app showed that the order was picked up at 5:25 and then I realized that it was sent to the Brandt location. This location is technically on Harshman, very close to Brandt, so that was my mistake. I was about to leave to go to the other location when the manager stopped me and asked what my order was. She then had her team put my order together and didn’t charge me anything extra. They also gave me an extra sandwich. They didn’t have to do that, it was my mistake for not paying attention when I ordered.

Literally have been sitting in the parking lot for the last 30 minutes waiting on my food been here for 45 minutes total. And guess what I’m getting a large fry and chicken nuggets shouldn’t be that difficult there is literally one person behind me and one other person in front of me waiting. I don’t know why these fast food chains leave young kids in charge and then they try to close early and then get hit with a late night rush. They should have an adult manager here to make sure everything goes smoothly. I asked the girl at the window for my drink she didn’t even know what drink was mine again there’s only three cars in this parking lot. How difficult is it to keep a drink straight

Don’t trust for night orders. Only thing correct was the amount of items I ordered off the mobile app. Cold nuggets despite the wait, both sandwiches were completely wrong from order. You’d think with having to wait it would all be hot and correct. Think the sandwiches were hot. Glad I didn’t get fries, those might of been ice cold with how the nuggets were. If it wasn’t late and being out all day previously, I would of had them correct it all.
