We went and got food at 9p ordered via drive thru the young man was great. At the window our fries was old stale and barely warm. The manager was told she gave us fresh fries. We get all the way home and the dbl Wendy’s burger is forgotten. We had to go back all we have was 2 sandwiches and fries and salad. My salad cheese was rotten , molded green and blue on various parts of the cheese it stunk.

We dined in. It was typical fast food experience except for the gem of a worker who took our order. This person just made my son’s day, was just so out of the ordinary kind which restored a little bit of faith in humanity for me. The world needs more people like this for sure.

Well I hate to leave such a bad review cuz the people they were very nice but Wendy’s already owed me $20 for double charging me which they refuse to return And so after not coming to a Wendy’s for about 6 months I decided to give it another shot it was a tremendous disappointment and they didn’t have the frosty I ordered. They offered me a different one but I really didn’t want a different flavor I just said never mind and walked away.

So now we’re up to $24 that Wendy’s taken from me.

When you try to get back with your ex-girlfriend and she does the exact same crap that made you break up with her the first time.

I thought this was going to be my first or at least one of very few one star ratings for a restaurant.

But I’m giving this Wendy’s just outside of Dayton four stars because great customer service trumps the extra long waiting time!

Here’s the story.

first of all it’s a Saturday night and looks like the university just had an event so I expected a longer than normal wait time but my way time ended up being 20 minutes I don’t believe I’ve ever waited for a fast food restaurant for more than 20 minutes for my personal food.

The cashier told me there will be a 12 minute wait on my grilled chicken and I guess she thought I would say no I didn’t want the chicken because she told me my order was $2 and something which was the price of my drink I told her I asked her did she get my number 9 or whatever the chicken number was and she made an interesting sound and gave me a new Total and let me know I had a 12 minute wait 19 minutes later I had to call the number and someone answered.

I told her I was parked waiting for my grilled chicken meal then she asked the crew was there someone waiting for a girl chicken and they say yes it just came off the Grill at that point I started to give them a one star in a negative review because I thought they had forgot about me but I decided to wait since she said it was coming out right now a minute later a guy came out with my chicken meal you apologize said he gave me a large fry instead of the medium and he added a cookie his tone was excellent his voice was on point great customer service that changed my whole attitude.

Of course I checked the food as before I drove off the fries were fresh the sandwich was hot and fresh cookie was on point and I was excited as I pulled away I saw about 13 cars in the drive thru how do I know what’s 13 cuz I went around and counted them and I said wow it’s a lot of trouble going on inside that building but he came out and gave me great customer service is no way I can give them my 1 * negative rating

I would like to give him a 5 because I I just would like to but I had to wait 20 minutes and they told me I was going to wait 12 and they didn’t come out and tell me it didn’t say anything but again that great customer service is what stopped me from giving this Wendys a one-star tonight another thing is where I was parked on the side of the building I got the watch summer Castaway that was a great movie with Tom Hanks oh that was kind of cool to like Saturday night at the movies anyway guys shop just Wendys hopefully it’s not when there’s a lot of trouble going on is something happening tonight but I’m sure it’s not always like this cuz this is a busy area Trucking stations McDonald’s is next door they’re closed down for the night so I know this Wendy’s is definitely a great Wendys to visit just outside of Dayton going down 75 heading towards Cincinnati it’s got to be a great Wendy’s fresh is brand new and again great customer service all right guys this was a long one thanks for bearing with me!

Not a good experience even for fast food. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 dollar meal bag and I didn’t know that there were variations of that and the prices. I asked what was in it and the person that was taking my order had a very nasty attitude. I thought about calling corporate but I just won’t be going back to that particular location. They need to work on their customer service.

No, ice in the soda machine. Watered down soda. Staff unprofessional and cursing each other out. Sticky floor. Dirty tables. Food took way to long to come out.

My oldest child only eat fries. I ordered a large fry and they did not fill up the container but I did not realize until I was almost home. His fries were hot, my food was old! I called only to have them fix the fries. The manager gave me a code to write on my receipt. I returned 2 days later because I got sick the next day. The manager, Tiffany said she printed out a receipt for a male that I sent and gave him my code… I never sent anyone there!!! I never gave anyone my code! She said because someone used my code, she was not going to reimburse my son’s French fries… I even showed her the pictures of the fries they gave us that day. That didn’t matter…
