I have only two complaints about the whole experience my burgers were dried out and overcooked (burnt) & they forgot my frosty
(birthday) but everything else was amazing . I met the manager , Jodius and he was a great individual. Funny, attentive, and cool. The lemonade is still my fave ! Pineapple mango

I just left there maybe 5 minutes ago 11/25/2025 @ 2:55 pm. The fries were cold and the double cheese burger combo I spent $13 on didn’t even have single patties on it. I received one single patty and 1 jr bacon patty of beef. I called to try and report this and they never answered the phone. Needless to say I’ll never go there again and I suggest you don’t neither !!! Poor service and food quality. Meat was also burnt.

Terrible service disgusting. Food. Disgusting. People. Corporate needs to shut down this main location. And whoever was speaking through the box needs to also be fired and lose their job after they’re disgusting, disgusting behavior. I will link the video below and I genuinely do not think anybody should go to this Wendy’s, unless they wanna be treated like this. I expect Wendy’s to do better, and I expect to hear about this 100%.

This Wendys is the closest one to my house, but I will drive over 15 minutes to go to a different location bc of speed, order accuracy and customer service (or lack thereof). When I do visit this store, i have such a bad experience that I wait MONTHS to go back, to give them the benefit of the doubt, and when I do I’m disappointed all over again. Don’t waste your time!

I get the same meal almost everyday for the past 2 years just slightly variated, I’ve even ordered it from this location before around the time when they first opened as I’m a Wendy’s SUPER FAN. Even got my self a Wendy’s hoodie gifted to me for Christmas .

Well anyways 2/11/26 6:15 pm the drive thru lady and manager of that shift DENIED my everyday purchase saying something about the cost. I order a $5 biggie bag with a double stack, med/lg brownie batter frosty with vanilla, bbq for the nuggets and either a chili cheese fry, baconator fry or cheese fry for around 7.69-8.62 , told me due to the increase in price of the biggie bag to $7 they don’t do that any more, I’ve known that the biggie bag went up in price the menu told me and so did the price reflection.. now I pay $2 more for the same stuff. So I said ok I’ll go to another Wendy’s and get it. She said good luck no other Wendy’s will do it. I go to the belden Wendy’s and they give it to me with no issues and it only cost me $8.50 for the $7 bag but I got a frosty and cheese fry. . This used to be my favorite Wendy’s in the canton area, not anymore do your jobs and serve me the food I want. I can’t help that I found out how to upsize the biggie bag to get $5 fries for 50- 75¢ upgrade.

First of all the manager that worked the drive thru last night around 10p, needs to give her manger shirt and job back because she is terrible at managing. They was playing loud music, we sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes (DoorDash) and then the manager comes to the window, no hello or anything, hands us the food, with wrong drink, and slams window! I’m like ma’am she ignores me. So I had to tell the customer that their drink was substituted rather they like it or not. All of the Wendy’s in Dayton Ohio needs to be and do better. I don’t understand why people think it’s ok to be rude

It makes no dam sense when you wait in line longer than expected as well as spend your hard own money for your meal to be cold. The employees are awful for taking our money, when apparently they’re working to do disservice only to milk the time clock. I’m saddened to say that I don’t like going to fast food restaurants in Dayton due to service is mostly unsatisfactory.

I was there tonight for a last minute order I ordered a spicy aisago chicken club meal with a chilli and a Dave single meal neither one of the sandwiches were made correctly and the chilli was missing the onions and cheese I asked for me. For almost $30 my whole order should not be a complete mess like it is

I went back a second time because I thought I could get a better visit than last time to change my mind. This time I asked for everything to be made fresh because they did not do so well last visit and this time I had to watch because they made a sandwich tried to get it off as fresh but I kept my eyes on the one in the basket that never moved. But they corrected the problem they need
to communicate better with each other. Now the meal was on point but they need to clean the pop machine sprite had a funny taste. Customer service is everything
