I love this wendys! The food is always fresh, the employees are always super nice, and the wait is never long. I would love to give a huge shoutout to the woman working the drive thru tonight (3/5/26) because she was incredible!!!! They were out of part of my order which was no big deal but she went above and beyond by replacing the item and even throwing in a free drink! I hope they give her a raise because she is just the bees knees. Unfortunately I didnt catch her name or I would shout her out by name.

Well this was a huge let down. All day traveling, just wanted some fast and simple but my chicken sandwich was just sad. Ordered chicken sandwich meal, fries were fine, but my sandwich is bare except for pickles. Toasted the bun but what happened to lettuce, mayo and tomato??

This whole place is a joke! You don’t care about your customers, you don’t take pride in your work, the ones I’ve encountered evidently think they should get paid to be rude and mess up orders! So shocked this place is even open!!! Corporate should just shut it down or completely restaff it cause at this rate it’s going into the dirt no matter what!

The food was good and prepared as I had asked. The service was okay. She was friendly, but she asked “if” I wanted my change back. When is it customary to leave a tip at Wendy’s? When I said yes, she acted annoyed. This is not a “tipped” position and should never be treated as such. Overall it was what I expected from a chain restaurant, but the service could have definitely been better.

Have to wait longer than it’s worth every time I go there. Outside smoking is more important to these people. Managers can’t get it together. Forget things every time and have to go back and of course it’s your fault and not the workers. Just waited 30 minutes after going to the drive thru for a mobile order placed 10 before. I hope these people get fired soon. Ridiculous.

I ordered doordash spent just under 30 dollars I got a spicy chicken, 2 jr bacons, a chili cheese fry, a 10 piece nugget, and a drink and all they gave was the drink,a small fry, and a spicy chicken made wrong, then I call and the manager on shift tells me she can’t do anything …… Very poor customer service

This wendy’s either always gets my food wrong, when i just ask for bread, chicken and lettuce. Or when you order online they don’t cook the chicken all the way! Super disgusting and you’re gonna get people sick. It’s not that’s hard to do your job, read a screen and properly cook things. I couldn’t even rip this chicken apart, and it was super crunchy with a weird texture. Don’t waste your time and money here!

Ordered a big bacon classic, came with no bacon and one patty, wow. When I complained about it the manager said it only has one patty. Look at the picture menu. Two patties on it single or double is not an option but still how can you forget bacon on a big bacon classic? I won’t be back and I don’t recommend going here!!!
