It’s been 20 years since I went to a Wendy. What a disappointment the Spicy Chicken burger turned. Flat piece of chicken probably a third of the purported weight (in my opinion). The tomato slice barely exists. And $6 for the darned thing! Absolutely terrible. The people and place are perfect. But the food portions and quality are terrible. Not gonna waste money at ANY Wendy’s again.

Ordered mobile. Arrive 15 minutes later. Had to wait 10 minutes to get my food even though I was the only customer. She said they made the order fresh. The fries were old The chicken is old it’s not cooked recently it’s old as if it’s been sitting for 2 hours. And it’s not only old but it’s hard I’ve never even had Wendy’s this bad. I’m going to have to return back to the restaurant because it not only looks old it’s hard and it is old.

Food at this Wendy’s is always served fresh. The staff are very kind. Although I go through the drive-thru 95% of the time when I do go into the restaurants very clean and tidy.

Always gone here for almost a decade, usually pretty good, can’t complain. The last few times I’ve gone though, I’ve had a few issues that made me decide it was time to stop coming back. A few examples are getting nuggets that were so soft they appeared undercooked, ordered several bacon cheeseburgers through mobile and was told they didn’t have bacon, not offering any substitute to add to my purchase since I paid extra for several burgers to have bacon, so I just had to eat the cost and not get any refunding for it?
The workers are always decent, some have zero customer service skills at all and I feel they lack basic training in general dialogue you’re supposed to be able to put out as an employee, no thank you, no have a good day, etc. But others are very sweet and show at least some decency. I could go on and on about the quality dropping for years now, and just kind of putting up with it as it’s the closest location to me, but I think at this point I’d rather go to the Wendy’s on broad Street or fairborn and take my chances there.

Well, went there for the new Takis Fuego meal, and my expectations were Not met. I was expecting it to be much spicier, but it wasn’t hardly spicy smh. Hardly even buffalo sauce flavor level. Definitely did Not live up to the hype from the commercials.

If you are ordering on a delivery app look somewhere else. I ordered a biggie bag and a 10 piece nugget meal. Didn’t recieve the frosty I ordered because it was out of stock, which is fine it happens. But I also ordered a bacon cheese potato and they gave me a plain one. The driver said the store would be putting it into the system that they were out of the item and that they would refund me but now Grubhub won’t accept that I didn’t receive my food and is making me fill out an entire form to get a refund. Tried to call and they basically just went “welp, talk to Grubhub”. I KNOW y’all are able to do the refund from your end if you are out of the item but y’all just either dont want to take the extra step or are incompetent.

For love of God go to a different Wendy’s. The food was so smelly of cologne and the food was so stale. They were out of alot of things which is understandable but after trying to eat the food we felt sick. When getting a refund the lady at the counter was nice but all of the men in the back were rude. They said they would process the refund in an hour as they are waiting on the manager.

They forgot half the food I paid for in the bag with no receipt. They refused to give me anything without a receipt and didn’t even wanna answer the phone when I called to ask if they’d still be able to help me since they never gave me a receipt for my purchase. 2 wasted trips to a terrible place of business and nothing to show except wasted time and money with a small fry

Horrible customer service at 5:51pm on June 24th. The woman taking the order screamed at my father who is a senior citizen because he couldn’t hear past her mumbling. The food I received was ice cold and poorly put together. I was afraid to eat it it was so bad. They served cold hardened meat to a pregnant individual.
