I ordered a large chocolate frosty at the drive through. The guy taking the order said, “Hold on a sec,” and took so long to return that I parked and walked in. There were 3 people behind the counter, 2 of them looking at their phones. The one not looking at her phone eventually walked over and took my order. She said, “We only have vanilla.” No apologies or any explanation of when they would have any other flavors. Really poor customer service. I blame the franchise owner, as obviously the employees have learned that customer service is not important.

Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location.
I placed an order through the app, which included four chocolate Frostys. When we checked in at the drive-thru, we were told to park and wait. When the order was brought out, all four Frostys were vanilla. At no point during check-in or while being asked to park were we informed that chocolate Frostys were unavailable. Had we known, we would have chosen a different location.
To make matters worse, when we checked our food, the fries and nuggets were cold—not even warm. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time service at this location has been below expectations.

This was awful!! Floors are flooded, the entire store is unsanitary. There are pillows and blankets and diapers all of the big front bench. Bathrooms are also flooded. You slide in grease on the parts of the floor that isn’t flooded yet. Employees were screaming and cussing at each other. We left because we felt unsafe.

I just went through the drive thru, not many people. I ordered 2 plain junior cheeseburgers. got to the window asked for ketchup with them he said “yea”. I pulled over to eat before going back to class and the sandwiches were not plain and no ketchup in the bag. a super simple order. I cannot eat specific foods. the edges of both burgers are burnt to crap too and tastes like dog crap. all in all this was thee worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had hands down. not like I was really hungry or anything. thanks for ruining my lunch. all you had to do was make 2 small burgers plain. its not that difficult…. now I understand why fast food workers get paid what they do.

Drive thru with mobile order and I was greeted with , credit card only. I’m like it’s ok I have a mobile order. Simple breakfast burrito, 5 minutes later I get it and drive away, to find the burrito is lukewarm inside and the wrap was falling apart and stale on the edges. This used to be a great Wendy’s, but not so much anymore. Parking lot had trash strewn around. The restaurant needs a serious update.

This place is disgusting! Waited 15 min for our food, was given the wrong order then when told it was wrong they wouldn’t give our money back. We were cheated out of $18.91 and dinner. I’m appalled at this behavior. We will never ever go to a Wendy’s again. Thanks for confirming you all suck!!

I came to the driveway thru tonight and ordered a #1 combo. After I paid thru had me pull into a parking spot so they could bring me my food. After 15 minutes I got my food. The fries were cold and the nuggets I ordered were cold. Bad service all around. No condiments in the bag either
