Waited 15 minutes for a combo watched seven people go through the drive-through after me and proceeding to get their food before I did. Probably the worst drive-through experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s in a really long time. Never coming back here literally got my food and they forgot my coffee. How hard is it for you to get a small black coffee? None of these people should be working here they should all be fired…

Just sitting here waiting on someone. And the staff just absolutely wonderful. Although I’ve bought only fries, they’ve been nothing but polite. The customers in drive thru are rude though.

Employees were arguing amongst themselves. Food quality was bad. They cancel my mobile order. When placing my order cashier was rushing me to order. I will drove an extra 5 minutes to the next Wendy’s. floor is slippery almost inside the restaurant. Out in the parking lot people blocking the drive way. Speeding in parking lot.

First let me say the African American women named Tasha with the purple braids was absolutely amazing. Long story short my sauce wasn’t in the bag so I came back she apologized and gave me the sauce. I get all the way home about to eat my meal and realized this is not what I ordered. Obviously I’m irritated now, but fine, I put my shoes back on get in the car and go all the way back. I get there and someone else was at the window so I’m thinking yeah we about to have problems.. after the young man listened to my issue he shut the window and started to explain to someone what happened.. then TASHA shows up. She said this your second time back absolutely not!! I’m so sorry let me get you together do u have time? Now, part of me wanted to be so rude because I’m not feeling well I have a headache and it’s just not my day. So reluctantly I’m like yes I’ll wait. TASHA!!! made everything fresh even gave me a large when I didn’t ask nor was I expecting that. She has such a positive attitude you can’t help but treat her kind and with respect. I really hope she is in a position of power and if not, SHE NEEDS TO BE. She is a example of what a LEADER is. I hope this reaches the owner so she can be rewarded because she literally didn’t have to do that. I NEVER go to this Wendy’s because it has a bad reputation. But again I wasn’t feeling well, and needed to eat. I’m glad I stopped because TASHA WAS AWESOME!! I’ll definitely be blessing her, she deserves it. I know it’s just a review but TASHA WITH THE PURPLE knotless BRAIDS deserves some praise for treating people kind and having amazing customer service skills. THANK YOU TASHA!!

This establishment doesn’t even deserve a star. Forest park needs to shut this down immediately. The workers are unprofessional, and RUDE as hell. You would think they’re high schoolers they’re GROWN adults. Even the high schoolers are a mess. They will spit in your food and even tell you they want to come out and fight you. Why does it have to come down to this? To an argument and possibly leading to a physical fight. AT WENDYS. I’ll be making a call to HR, to get a follow up of the peoples names that work at this establishment. This is unacceptable.

Guy didn’t even know which drinks they usually serve. Another employee had to inform me it was not available today. And then he wanted to act out. Do yourselves a favor. The Fairfield one has competent and pleasant staff. Got my food from that one so quick I was still in the process of getting my refund from the jerks down the street

Quite possibly one of the worst Wendy’s locations I have EVER been to. Walk in as normal im on break for lunch I go to order my food asked for chilli and 10 piece nugget meal. The older gentleman takes my order (he was wonderful) then asks what dipping sauce I said barbq….he replied we are out of barbq ok I then asked for i cant remember….then tells me they are out of that as well….alright than. I proceed to to wait he sets my cup down I go to get my drink….amd there is a giant puddle of something on the ground …ok…I step around it…fill my drink…go to grab a straw and lid….and guess what they dont have any out..so I walk back up and ask for a straw and napkins because im not kidding you there WAS NOTHING by the pop machine well when I asked for napkins….youre not gonna believe this….sorry I can only give you one napkin were running out mind blowing! Ok…so i get my food he sets my chili down and says sorry sir were out of small chilli cups so I gave you this instead….at this point im like what ever I just want to eat…I start eating and the nuggets ate almost u edible. Needless to say I didnt say anything because they already seem to have enough going on with the arguing and everything else coming from the employees…..hands down absolutely worst experience I think ive ever had…

This location is honestly the worst one I’ve been to. EVERY time I go to this location part or all of my order is cold.For example I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning and its so cold that the cheese isnt even melted. I dont have this problem at any other location in the area and its honestly disappointing as I love Wendy’s breakfast but this is the closest one to my house.

I came during the dinner rush. Ordered online. Simple, easy, customer friendly way to do it. Isaiah brought out my order and he exceeded my expectations to make sure my order was correct. He was friendly and polite, even under the stress of the dinner rush. If I could give him 10 stars i would.
