Waited at the drive through for 20 minutes before getting food. They had no mayo. They had no scorching hot sauce. Then I get home and find out they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of my Asiago chicken sandwich… and this is not the first time getting horrible service. Never, NEVER go here.

I give this two stars instead of 1 only because when I actually got my correct food, it was hot and tasted good.

I waited 17 minutes at the drive thru window until 2 cars in front of me pulled up and I was still sitting there with no one answering the kiosk. Finally I pulled around when there was no one between me and the window.

I got up to the window and they asked me what I ordered, and I told them that I didn’t order.Because no one asked me what I wanted. Then they took my order at the window. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo plain with only cheese and bacon, large with fries, and a lemonade, and I was trying to order a six piece nugget, but she cut me off and told me what my total was. I told her I wasn’t finished ordering.And gave her the rest of my order for a six piece nugget with ranch, and then told her that was it.

She took my card and then handed me the lemonade.And I waited at the window for another couple of minutes while they got my food ready.

When they handed me my food, I sat in the drive through window and took everything out to make sure it was all right.And the baconator was not plain so I sent that back and they finally came back out with the correct food.

In total, I wasted thirty five minutes at this restaurant. Management and staff need more training and supervision to ensure that they are doing their job on night shift. It was not busy. There was no one in dine-in and only 3 cars in DT.

We went to go through the drive through about 5:15 PM today, a Friday. The woman on the speaker was friendly and asked if we would wait a moment to which I replied no problem. A car had just pulled through ahead of us so they didn’t seem that busy. While we were waiting a middle aged woman came out of the back door with some boxes to throw them away. As she walked to the dumpster she began screaming at my car and the cars behind us that they needed to stop taking [explitive] drive through orders. She screamed at the drive through cars some more but it was incomprehensible, she seemed drunk. Needles to say we immediately left without ordering as we decided we didn’t want a person who behaves that way at work preparing our food. I recommend avoiding this location.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a junior bacon. Cheeseburger got a single and a double cheeseburger not even what I ordered. Waited 30 minutes in line. She read it back to me correctly but still did not get the order correct?

Normally, I have an OK experience and the food is been good, but this morning I got barely any egg in my burrito and the whole thing was cold when I got it. You can see in the picture that the cheese is not even melted. Receipt tells me that I was supposed to get two Cholula Packets but I got nothing.

Racist white manager mad that I requested refund for stale food saying it was a lie. Has recipe and food. Brought to store and manager made fun on my accent. I did not get my proper order and have disputed the charge. Submitted survey and waiting for corporate call. Food was left at their counter and they refused to give my money back. These are thieves. Do not go here.

On Oct 24 2025 , I witnessed a traumatic event involving someone else’s food. I was inside waiting on a DoorDash and saw one of the Wendy’s employees drop food on floor. I’m assuming the woman wearing a blue collar shirt was the manger; because she was upset with the employee that he dropped the food. With slight hesitation she picked up the food, And place the food back in the oil. I couldn’t believe my eyes because you would think they would value the safety of the customers. I would no longer come to this Wendy’s or recommended anyone either . I feel like this woman should be talked to about the mistake she made. No one should have to see that; The fact of the matter is I can’t unsee it . My kids have eaten here before. To the People Please be cautious on where you eat!

We stopped at this location on the way back to Cincinnati. It’s not a location we go to normally. We ordered 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, both were cold and hard, the cheese wasn’t melted. The bun was stale. The large fry we ordered was cold and undercooked. After reading all the other complaints, why is this place still open? They’re going to make people sick.

Paid with apple pay. Cashier kept my phone. They tried to give me a kids meal bag with no food only a toy. When I did receive the food, it was all wrong. Once I got home and realized they still had my phone, I went back up there. Walked in to see them standing there playing with my phone. I complained for them to just act like none of it was a big deal.

2/28/2026 roughly 1:00-1:30pm. Went through the drive through, not accepting cash, card only. Next order was one double baconator meal on cheese burger biggy bag meal. No cars ahead of us or behind us. No cars in the parking lot except for employees. No one inside except employees. Paid for the food. No receipt was giving. What was given was a cheeseburger made like a baconator and a baconator with no bacon. So imagine the double baconator with only cheese thus defeating the purpose of a baconator. Should have went anywhere else. No receipt so no way to call, prove to have it remade. When a restaurant is that empty there is no excuse for the order to not be 100% accurate. For both burgers to be made wrong is a disappointment.
