For starts worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Didn’t offer me my receipt and when I asked for it was told it was in the bag (it was not).Paid extra for extra sauces and didn’t even receive one. I got a junior bacon CHEESEBURGER. Maybe I just assumed there should be a burger patty? Instead got two pieces of cheese ( one had a hair on it) a pile of shredded lettuce and a piece of tomato almost bigger than the bun itself. Didn’t even bother going in to say anything due to the hostile attitude I endured at the speaker and window. Only go here if you want to be disappointed and to waste money

Got to me fast via door dash… however this is what my LARGE fries look like…. And i ordered a LARGE chilli…. Do you see it?? Cause i don’t. And this is what my spicy chicken looks like….its ALL LLL mayo. No lettuce… This is absolutely terrible. Never again will i waste $30!!!! On crappy food

I placed my order and went to pick it up we used the drive through told them the name we then was told there’s not any spicy nuggets or any sauce in the building so we said regular is fine… then after being pulled up for 20 minutes they bring the food out we check to make sure it’s all in the bag and we was missing the chicken nuggets so my fiancé went in there they told her she had to bring the food back in so she came to the car and got it and then they took the food back into the kitchen which is against the health code and who knows what they did to our order but then gave us the nuggets and we told them what they did was wrong and illegal I called the store 6 times tonight to ask who the manager working was and the guy with the glasses working the front was he was blonde with glasses and the manager was a short heavy set lady and they didn’t answer the phone and they was rude to other customers that was present I will be contacting the board of health and Wendy’s corporate if I don’t get a response from the general manager if you guys need a manager to make sure everything is running smoothly and nothing bad is going on I’ll turn that place around in a heart beat and make it better this was as of January 6th 2026 around 6:46 pm est

The lady that took our order was nice but they only had frostys or lemonade. That’s fine. The lemonade and the food made my mouth numb. Ended up throwing up in their bathroom then projectile vomiting into a bag on the way home

Just picked up some food from here. Fries are cold, and look/taste like they’re a week old, the hamburgers weren’t made right. I got 2 orders of #1’s which is a Dave’s hot and juicy burgers, no lettuce or tomato’s on either one. I can honestly see why restaurants are closing down anymore.

Completely insane to wait thirty mins for a biggie bag not a single car in the drive thru 7 pm at night run out of everything. The girl taking orders in the drive thru was beyond rude. Since when did they stop letting you upgrade the fries. Honestly get stuff happens but this was completely unacceptable and that’s a lack for better words. Delhi Wendys needs to be shut down at this point or hire better employees.

Every morning this week Wendy’s dining room hasn’t opened at 7am like their suppose to , but it allows me to put in a mobile order . I asked one of the employees why do it do it say they open at 7am if they don’t the old man with missing teeth got rude with me saying “it’s only 2 people in the restaurant “ then closed the door on my face . The black manager seen me coming to the door & instead of telling me the dine in is closed he ran to the back of the restaurant like a child . The customer service here sucks when the males work the woman are nice 0/10 don’t recommend eating here . If yal not opening up the dining room then change the hours online don’t be rude about it. Definitely will be my last time eating here ! I suggest you don’t even waste your time if you only have 2 people working that’s your problem not mine lol

They never greet you, or are ever friendly. They always forget sauces. The food is never anywhere near fresh. Half the time the order is wrong. Today I only get 3 nuggets, and no sauce with an old dry burger patty in my $5 biggie bag. I live in Price Hill and it’s honestly more worth it to drive to Glenway.

Workers seem confused and that their job is rocket science. Also can’t be bothered to answer the phone. I understand places get busy. But it wasn’t busy. Couldn’t put ice in my drinks or even fill them up all the way. Work on your quality control.
