absolutely awful, tried this place twice and regretted it both times
first time i made a mobile order and waited about 5 minutes before i headed there to give them some time. when i went it it took me about 10 minutes of having employees look at me and not even try to take my order. when someone finally DID talk to me, they hadn’t even started the order yet. drive thru only had maybe 5 cars in it, figured maybe they were big orders so i brushed it off. took another 25 minutes to get my order and it was somehow cold despite being just made. watched several people walk in, not get help, and leave between that time. food was cold and incorrect but i didn’t have time to correct anything because i had used my entire lunch break standing there waiting.
second time i went, i was the only car in the drive thru. the lady at the speaker was VERY rude and was talking so loud and so fast i could barely understand what she was saying and barely had time to make adjustments to my order. then she had offered something that i couldn’t even understand because she said it so fast and was talking so loud the speaker distorted it and it sounded like i was listening to a recording from an old nokia phone. got to the window and she was already holding the drink out, clearly trying to get me to leave as fast as possible. got very pissed off when i asked her to retry my payment and was shaking her head and mumbling under her breath. food was also cold this time and the nuggets were burnt. i used to work at wendy’s, so i get it, i know there’s a timer for drive thru times. but it costs absolutely no time to be kind to people. i don’t care if you hate your job, you work with customers. that kind of behavior just isn’t okay. and i promise it is okay to spend more than 5 seconds taking an order and giving someone their food. i was the only one in the line, there was no reason to be so insanely rude and in so much of a hurry that i could barely even order anything before you cut me off.
tldr place is god awful. waste of time and money every time i go and i leave in a worse mood than the one i walked in with. good luck trying to get anyone to take your order

Can they shut this place down already? Just went through the drive thru and it was fairly slow even though there were only a few cars. I cannot understate how absolutely rude the woman was at the speaker. Worst person I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant. I don’t want food from someone being mean and nasty, who knows what they do inside with the food if they’re so horrible to my face. The food was all cold, and the burger seemed old and very dry. The iced tea I ordered was basically flavored water, it was so light in color there was hardly any tea in it. I looked at it in front of the awful woman who handed it to me and she totally knew it wasn’t good but still gave it to me anyway and hoped I didn’t say anything. Then I get the window slammed in my face as I’m saying thank you. Horrible, horrible service all around. I regret eating the food. What a waste of a meal, of money, and of calories. Shame on all of the workers. I hope you learn to take pride in what you’re doing, even if you just work at Wendy’s.

Takes forever to get anything (probably due to lack of employees) but the lady at the window was very rude and sighed and rolled her eyes at us. Everything was old, overcooked and just thrown into the bag. You pay $8 for 4 tenders and one of my tenders was chicken nugget size.

Easily the worst Wendys I’ve ever attempted to eat at. I say attempted because I’ve now been 2 times and have been served a total of ZERO times. The first time I went through the drive thru they were performing a shift change and said that they couldn’t help me and told me I could come inside to order. I said no problem I can get a few quick errands done next door. When I came back about 10 minutes later they were STILL commencing a shift change and said I could come inside. I drove off and went to a different location.
TODAY I arrive and the line is fairly backed up but not too bad, maybe 5 cars. The line is slow but steady. I drive up to the speaker to order and I’m not greeted or spoken to for at LEAST 5 minutes… I drove off again. It’s awful go to a different location

One of the worst fast food spots I have been to in years. I did a mobile order so ordering was the best part. Staff were rude and did not care at all. My food I got a $5 biggie bag and I only ate the fry’s and drink was ok. My jr. bacon cheeseburger was smashed to hell, my chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp. I will never go to Wendy’s again honestly cause I’ve had issues in several locations in my area but this red bank location DO NOT GO!

Yeesh. Chick-fil-a did a scouting report on these folks by moving next door and I’ll tell ya first hand it checks out. I get it, talking through a drive thru mic is like a Dixie cup and a string, but if ya miss it – correct it. Pulled the plug after the gal at the window just couldn’t say my bad and move on. Gotta be better.

Fully paid for a frosty at the drive thru and only after did they tell me they didn’t have frostys and they are NOT ALLOWED TO DO REFUNDS. They did not even have ice cream as a backup. I had also asked for a fork which I never received. This is my third bad experience at this Wendy’s.

September 16th 2025 5:45pm. This Wendy’s is terrible. I sat in the Drive-Thru and waited for 5 minutes before even being greeted. I finally asked if the speaker worked. The lady was rude and told me just wait. I waited another 5 minutes for her to come back with a list of about seven items that they were out of, including American cheese and chicken nuggets. I’ve had multiple problems with this Wendy’s. Avoid here at all cost.

Came through the drive thru at 9:18 this morning, Ms Tramisha was most host per receipt. VERY RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.,from the speaker to the window. This last should not be dealing with the public in my opinion. Very unfriendly, I mean I’m not saying smoke and jump with joy when serving but Jesus u don’t have to be that rude.
