Pulling up I’ll be honest it looked run down and I was a little worried. However, it’s the best damn biggie bag I have had in years.

I’ve never been inside to eat, but every time I come through the drive-thru I’m greeted politely and professionally. My food is always served fresh and within good time. I wish every Wendy’s had their consistency of service. Bravo.

The lady at the front counter was amazing! She greeted us right as we walked in and made our food hot and fresh! The building could definitely use a remodel but the service was perfect i would definitely recommend this location.

The place is very dirty. I can already imagine the kitchen. The cashier was terrible. He forgot to charge me. But I’m honest and told him I haven’t yet, and he forgot to give me my soda. Entrance Location can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with the area, but what it lacks in geographical location it definitely makes up for it with huge parking lot that has tons of parking available as well as speed of service and friendliness. If they have to ask you to pull up and wait they make sure to keep you a priority. I love going to this wendys it is one of my faves! Keep doing the Dang thang guys!

A special shout out to the team at this Wendy’s. I went through the drive through and apparently there was a disabled car in the line. They informed me of this said they would come to collect and bring the food. What awsome service. Wait there is more, a couple of the employees were offering to help the stranded driver out. This goes above and beyond. Management make sure you take care of that crew!

Hire people who are grown and mature instead of desperately hiring careless kids to handle OUR FOOD. They never pay attention to details on what’s being ordered!! We had to wait 20 minutes for cold fries and my son’s chicken sandwich had a piece of hair in it also. This is nasty and unacceptable change or Cincinnati Health Dept will help….
