Ordered 2x Double Stacks, a Medium Fry and a Large Dr Pepper.

I was charged for 2x Dave Doubles at $6.99 instead of the $3.69 per Double Stacks so total was $20.91.

Received the food, only one of them was a double. The other was as single patty cut into two and thrown on the bun.

I repeated my order several times and ensured I was get the correct food for “2 double stacks”. But once I got the receipt, and was failed to be informed of the total BEFORE charging my card, I wanted to make sure I got the doubles which only ended up being 1 double and 1 single.

Only writing this post because of sincere he was very professional, professionalism was top-tier. Customer service was amazing. Any other time I go to that location. It’s not so great but today when I went sincere, made it a wonderful experience for me. Promote that kid he also had wonderful mannerism

Horrible customer service. Ruined my whole day. Told me to ask for a refund through the app because they didn’t have the frostys but had already put the order in as taken/redeemed. Had me pull forward even tho there wasn’t a car behind me. Ill never go back to this Wendy’s. The first guy who brought out my order rudely asked “what did you say to me?” On his way back into the store to get the drinks they forgotten. I told him I was talking to my daughter and he said yeah alright that’s what I thought. Dude really wanted to try to start a fight on the clock with a young mother and her child in the back seat. I look in and he’s sitting there with a girl and child. Hope corporate sees this and gets all that crew out of there cause they’re going to run that store to the ground.

This Wendy’s is the worst run in Cincinnati. They have high staff turnover and a majority of the staff are rude. The food is always inconsistent. They are always out of baked potatoes and chili. They forget items that are suppose to be in your order, and when you call to let them know, they NEVER answer the phone. So you have to always check your order.

I remember a time when they had good, friendly, consistent staff who worked hard, and made sure your order was always right.

Rude chick at the windows had an attitude because people wanted to order some food? Man must be tough to do your job. Very unprofessional. Actually one of the most unprofessional interactions ive ever had at a restaurant. I guess they thought if they blocked the drive thru with a semi truck people wouldnt order? Wild.

Did a door dash there and they tossed the food at me and then yelled if confirmed it when cleaning up the over flow on top of the cup also my husband was gonna order a coffee and they lied said they don’t have when I know someone who works at Wendy’s and they serve it all day long! All three employees in front looked rude and looked like they hated their job. Rude place go to another location if you can. I will never pick up an order from there again. When I walked out I hope they heard me when I said how rude they were.

Updated review: order was fresh, accurate. Service was great.
Food was hot and fresh. Asked for no tomato, got tomato on two out of three sandwiches. No one behind me at drive thru, but they asked me to “pull ahead” anyway. Brought out food for the guy in front of me, but had to make second trip for his drink. Then the same happened with my order. She was nice about it. I accidentally spit while talking to her, and she was understanding that it wasn’t intentional. That’s what brought this up to 5 stars, her attitude. It’s HARD working customer service in fast food, and she had a great attitude.
I’d recommend in spite of minor issues because overall, the food was fresh, and the service from this one gal was outstanding.
I didn’t catch her name. Septum piercing with emeralds, early to mid 20’s, dark complexion. Cute little woman. This description could fit two of the lady employees today, minus the emeralds, the one with the stellar service was NOT the drive thru cashier. Who, incidentally, I believe was likely recently hired as she took longer than normal to enter our food requests and missed the “no tomato” part. She seems to be on her way to being as valuable an asset as the one who ran the food out to the car. I should’ve gotten names. Outstanding service should be rewarded.
Mea culpa.
This is currently MY choice of Wendy’s in the Cincinnati area.
Would recommend, will return.

!!!!! NOPE !!!!!

If your not getting food during lunch or dinner rush…

IT **WILL NOT** BE FRESH OR HOT!!!! You will be angry you stopped and have to go back to this oddball configured parking lot Wendy’s. For some reason they like to serve COLD fries all the time here so check them before you drive off… if they are not piping hot demand fresh fries and wait right there at the window just to make them just as irritated…

I don’t like going during lunch rush because of the enormous wait times… we are talking over 30 min.. make sure your wearing comfortable shoes if you go inside.. your feet, ankles, calves, legs and hips will all go numb standing in line FOREVER….and make sure your gas tank is full so you don’t get stuck in the parking lot LOL……..oh yea how the heck can you mess up a “salad” really a salad one of the easiest things to make… really???…

The staff is nice, they are just not trained on how to do things… shall we say “Fast” or “Efficiently or Expedient”….. the store needs to be trained and more staff hired on to work.

A few positives, the parking lot is usually clean along with the inside of the restaurant but that’s as far as it goes….

Do not use the restroom here unless you want to catch a disease or lose you lunch.

I made today my last trip to this location for a long time… I got COLD fries and half cooked chicken… I went inside and the manager on duty gave me a hard time when they were the ones who just served me in the drive through… ugh…. WHY!!!!!
