I chose the drive-thru and ordered a Big Dave Wendy’s meal (burger, fries, drink). My photos are from that perspective. The drive-thru line went quickly. Ordering on the intercom went flawlessly, and I ordered a special [grill] burger, too. All the food was delicious and filled me up. The parking lot was clean and cars came and went with orders of food to their liking. I believe this location is 24 hours. Handicapped accessible. I will be back for more.

Stopped by this location for dinner for the family ( which means a large order!) They were extremely short staffed but got us fresh, hot, delicious food in matter if minutes with a smile. Very happy with the service and will return!

Walked in and was ignored cause the lady was walking around on her phone talking about the jobs to stressful and she doesnt want it anymore. Then was greeted by a very attitude filled “what do you want” and when i asked for the code to the bathroom after ordering, was told “the womens doesnt have a code on it” which i think was just because she thought i was a woman, but was still rude, theres clearly a reason im asking for the code. Definitely not returning.

I don’t understand why none of the staff ever say thank you? They hand you your food through the window and just close the window.. The staff always makes you feel like you’re bothering them, such impatience! I really wish you were other options for a quick lunch downtown. Sheesh!!

Came last week on May 2nd. I ordered ahead on the app. 2 kids meals, 4 biggie bag meals. I selected pick up in the drive thru. I get to the speaker about 15-20 minutes after I placed the order and gave my name, they said I had to come inside for an online order, I tried to say I slected for drive thru, they said, no, you still have to come inside for online orders.

As I come inside, I walk by 2 cars pulled forward waiting on frostys, and see 2 other people inside, 1 for a food delivery and another trying to place an order. They told the man wanting to place an order he had to go through the drive thru because the lobby was closed! (It was barely 6pm) I give a look and they said, “no, you’re good to come in.” The delivery person gets the order and leaves, I’m waiting 10 minutes before both customers in the 2 cars that were pulled forward come in. My order is currently half made. 5 minutes later, the 2 customers finally get their frostys and leave, I’m STILL needing 1 more fry, 1 more burger, and 1 more drink. It took the next 5 minutes for those last few things, despite them getting drive thru moving. So overall wait was about 20-25 minutes AFTER the initial 15 minutes of driving to get there after placing the order.

All the while I was waiting, there were two teenage… I think… girls, running around, laying on the benches, coming to the counter asking for more stuff, messing around with the staff, etc. And the lobby was DISGUSTING. This was the first time I’ve ever been to this Wendys, and probably last.

The crew who worked the drive thru this morning on 9/17/2025 are incredible. I come here prob 2-3 times a week around 7:30 am and when they work everything is perfect. They are so fast and the food is perfect every time. BUT it’s not just that they are so friendly and smile all the time. They make my morning. They all deserve a raise. Lady at drive through assumed we only had one order and cut us off. After we got to the windows, 2 of our orders were incorrect, no straws were given, and they didn’t even give us back our card or receipt.

The restaurant was dirty in the dining room and bathroom. There was a person that works that yelling about they are short staffed which I understand but she also said she wasn’t taking my order the cook was nice though

So you know…this really don’t look like cheese and extra extra extra pickles only to me. Had I bit into this bullshit burger I would have gone into anaphylactic shock and not been able to breath. Is it really that hard to listen to my order and make sure my burger is right? I didn’t ask for ketchup. I didn’t ask for mustard. I definitely didn’t ask for onions because they can kill me. So this is beyond unacceptable. I ain’t happy about it at all. Now I got no burger in my biggie bag to eat.

Told us they couldn’t take 2 orders because there was only one person taking orders??? Sounds like she just didn’t want to take it. Then we waited 20 minutes for 2 meals and all the food was cold and one of the burgers was completely wrong. Ordered a double baconator plain and got a single with everything on it. Someone went in to place the second order and they said they can’t take orders inside because they were short staffed but 4 employees were sitting at a table on their phones. Overall the places was horrible. No one was nice. And the food was horrible.
