I was pleased with the service at this Wendys location. They actually had a cashier dedicated to the dine in register, unlike the Wendys in Wilmington. The young man, was polite, quick, efficient and he was very busy when there were no customers to be rung up. He had the dining area clean, down to the floor mats. I have not seen a solid work ethic like that in quite some time.

Drive through was long but it didn’t take long to get through. Young man at the cash window was exceptionally friendly. Food was decently hot. They even gave me an extra ranch cup. Woman at hand out window was friendly and got me the salt I asked for and was nice about it too.
Edit: Why is the large fry container only have full? $3.30 for a large fry that is only halfway full…. wow. Knocked off a star for that

Always a good time coming here. I work across the street so i come here near daily. Inside is always clean. The drive through can get backed up but i’ve never spent more than 15 mins here. Sunday is always nice and makes my day better. Foods always fresh.

Asiago ranch classic chicken club was really good, I did add a honey mustard sauce to it. I liked the Queso fries but not something I would do often, the fries were really limp and I ordered a side of the Queso dip to make sure there was enough for all the fries, glad I did.
Enjoyed the Loaded nacho burger but like the chicken one better.
Their sandwiches are better than “M” now days. Frosty is still the best.
Spicy nuggets are great for a quick snack.
The cheese baked potato with chives turned out good, I think their better than the fries.
Check receipt and order before leaving, like most fast food places now days.

The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I was just standing at the front counter for 5 minutes without anyone taking our order. Then an employee clocked out to go on break while I was standing right in front of her waiting to order. Didn’t even acknowledge me and was never able to order. Terrible customer service.

This is a huge letdown this morning. The service use to be great along with the food. The guy operating the drive thru 8/13 was not professional. He was upset I didn’t get the value meal. I ordered the burrito by itself. It had, Zero cheese, Zero cheese sauce and burnt sausage. I called to try to get replacement and after 2 people answering the phone at the same time including him I just hung up.

Nothing quite hits the spot like a DIME in your food. They also forgot a menu item and didn’t offer a receipt. Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
