Drove through after my son’s baseball game, around 9:00 p.m., and had a great experience! The guy working the drive-thru (didn’t get his name), was super friendly, prompt, and seemed genuinely glad to be working there! Thanks for the positive interaction, we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the “Bacon Double Stack” $5 Biggie Bag. They gave me a single patty so had them fix it. It’s a sad sandwich compared to what they advertise. Also where is my sauce & ketchup. I also got a large chili, really I think its could have been fuller. At least the small Frosty can still be relied on for the taste (so far).

Dave Thomas would be disgusted by the food that this Wendy’s Milford location is serving. I haven’t ordered a single burger in a long time and I hate that I decided to today for lunch. It was the most disgusting burger I have ever eaten. The bun was greasy, it “leaked” from something- guess it was lettuce that was watery mixed with ketchup and mayo. It had one tiny piece of lettuce and most of it was the hard part of the lettuce. I remember when a Wendy’s burger was exceptional and every bite was wonderful. Very sad

Picked up the two for $6 double hamburgers, and one chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was fantastic! The two double hamburgers were a total mess The burgers looked like they were old they were very thin and when you open the packaging you couldn’t tell it was a double because on both of them the burger was slid out on one slide and the top burger was slid on the other side and you had to take it apart to put it back together. Would not recommend getting these sandwiches at this Wendy’s!

Ordered 1 small and 1 large chili, and this is what they threw in the bag. I’m not sure if management is okay with workers being wasteful like this. I guess it’s hard finding help these days, so you settle for what you can get.

Me and some friends went to this Wendy’s tonight, just expecting food, but during our meal, we had an amazing time with the entire staff!!!!! If the owners read this, your late staff is the best bunch of people I have even met in the service industry

Just happened 30 minutes ago! Ordered Chicken mozzarella meal and a 10 PC spicy nuggets meal. Didn’t get the nuggets at all, and I gotta say waiting in the drive through with 2 teens laughing and bellowing “get outta here” from back of house while handing payment to the cashier didn’t really improve the experience. I would use a customer satisfaction survey, but wouldn’t you know it, the last 4 times we’ve visited this location we never get a receipt! They frequently forget items, get items wrong (regular lemonade instead of a strawberry lemonade), etc. I get that noone is perfect, and that people are trying their best, but this is gonna be the last time we come here. On the bright side, when the food is correct it’s actually pretty good! But I’m tired of treating dinner like a trip to the casino (you usually just lose).
