Ordered just a small drink nd baconator, got charged like 8.60 After taking the burger back saying it should have had another burger patty on it, they make the same exact way, ND then for a third time gave me a burger with again just 1 patty but this time with lettuce & tomato? Then dude at the register tells me he rang me in for a single baconator when I didn’t ask for that & it cost the same exact amount as a regular one? The friends I went there with were already finishing up, so I said screw it ND just ate that third one. I feel kinda petty for getting mad over a 7$ sandwich, but the restraunt was empty af & they couldn’t do a regular baconator AT WENDYS… the burger I ate wasn’t bad though.

I just went to this Wendy’s at 2 PM and I swear it was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was perfect. Everything was in the bag I got the two for six spicy chicken sandwich Dave’s single, and also I got a five dollar biggie bag and a frosty and everything was perfect. All the workers were very nice and they made the food better than any Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!

Second time in the last week that this restaurant has cheated me out of a 7 dollar burger. I was charged 19 dollars for two medium fries basically. How you ask? Both times, it isnt even the right sandwich in the bag and not something I can eat on top of that.

5 dollar deal with double stack is OK. Jr bacon has become so small not worth it . With the price of everything now a days . The double stack was good and fresh. Along with fries . The bacon Jr on the other hand don’t think it had a whole piece of one bacon strip,was there a burger ? So small hard to tell , and the tomato was a sliver. Fries and nuggets good tho

No one would wait on us. So we had to use the screen to order. But someone else walked in 5 mins after us and they were waited on… then we received our order in bags instead of on a tray. I selected dine in option. Then we got the wrong food. A pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger. We got the chicken version. Then got told it was what I ordered. But I couldnt prove it cause I never got a receipt. This is no way to do business or treat customers. I come through the drive thru at least twice a week. Never had a problem. Guess this will have to change, cause I cant see support a restaurant with my money that treats dine in customers like this…

Just pulling in at 8:31 pm and a sweeper in the dinning room raised both of his arms at me as I drove past like he couldn’t believe they had a customer an hour and a half before they closed. Pathetic. The drive thru area was turned off by what I couldn’t only perceive as an attempt to have people drive off. Pathetic. Then waiting at speaker because again…Showed up an hour and a half close. What sounded like a snotty rude teenager came over the speaker asking what do I want in a tone that made me just want to go off on customer interactions. Placed my order the old guy taking my money decent enough and then the dude in the next window said “here” and gave me my my food in a way I could best describe a tweaker having an episode. Terrible employees…except the old guy.

Very prompt and courteous service. The Dave’s cheeseburger was hot and juicy, the fries hot, not oily. Both looked more like the food shown in the TV ads than some of the squashed burgers and warm fries that I’ve had elsewhere.
