Food is always fresh but the main reason for leaving a review is bc of the refusal to make cheesy cheddar burgers. It is the only thing I like to order from Wendy’s bc of the price. Other locations nearby have told me all locations have this and that if they dont want to make it its bc they are lazy or dont want to do it. Today i had to order a baconator fry with the cheese sauce on the side with 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers just to get that cheese sauce they wouldn’t sell it to me on the side or anything its like I mentioned the burgers and I instantly got blackballed the lady at the speaker had a whole attitude in her tone just bc I asked for something I wanted please respond or ill just leave another review my next visit also didn’t get my receipt IMAGINE THAT

Every time I go to this store they mess up my food. I ordered a bacon baconnator tonight a $7+ dollar sandwich and got a junior bacon cheese burger a $3 much smaller burger. And any time I call to try to get an issue correct the phone goes unanswered!! I work in food service myself and I understand that people make mistake but I can never get them corrected because no one will answer. Think this is the last time I spend my hard earned money here.

Went to Wendy’s in Hillsboro and ordered 2 number 1’s with everything on them and this is what we just got . and the order was to be large well the order wasn’t large no lettuce or onion or pickle on them the Mayo tasted like ranch dressing on my burger the one in the photo that looks absolutely disgusting and trust me it tasted terrible had Mayo AKA ranch dressing and ketchup all over the top of the bun it was soggy and looked like it had been sitting all day . My wife’s burger the one with only tomato on it was suppose to have everything on it the corners of the burger was crunchy where it had sit so long it got hard . We love Wendy’s but that was it. We will no longer be customers. We are very disappointed especially paying over $20.00 for a meal that looks like something a dog would eat.

The manager James made my sandwich and I had ordered the Dave’s single. The burger had no ketchup on it, no tomato, nothing but onions and mayo. It was not busy at all and I’ve had to legitimately throw away food after seeing that he had made food with no gloves on. This man is a manager and has the gall to not use gloves! Imagine how they run this ship if there is absolutely no standard or discipline!

Very cold food took awhile sitting in drive through for a mobile order. Literally the order was cold and there was a long hair in my burger. They offered to remake it but no refund so I took a $20 loss.

Ridiculous how little QC goes on here. 90% of the time fries are soggy, food is incorrect, or something is old dried out and probably been laying around for hours. My salad I just currently got has chicken in it that I initially thought were croutons. Rancid. Do not eat here. This location could make you sick.

They would not let us get free frosted with our keychain, it may be policy but I’ve been to at least a dozen Wendy’s in multiple states that allow you to get the tiny free frosty with the keychain with no separate purchase. It’s about customer retention. The staff was extremely negative and did not even say thank you have a nice day once they realized we weren’t going to get anything. This is not my only instance with this Wendy’s and I’d say even the managers are a piece of work who seem to have no social skills nor the patience needed to work a cs job. If I was corporate, I’d shut it down or bring in a regional manager to retrain. Also not every burger but a decent amount that I’ve had are pink in the middle, and the place seems to be infested with flies, it’s just a health disaster waiting to happen.

I give this location a 4 out of 5 compared to others. I’m not a huge fan of Wendy’s to begin with, but this location has far better service than most fast food places. However, I have to deduct a star because I’m a huge fan of lettuce wrapped sandwiches, I really love the freshness & crunch… this location simply can’t figure it out. I’ve asked for lettuce wrapped three separate times, each time I receive the standard burger or chicken sandwich without a bun. Just the ONE piece of lettuce.

I’ve been eating at Wendy’s for 50+ years and at this location for about 40 years. They remodeled a few years ago. Since I discovered the Son of Baconator a year ago, l haven’t gone back to the Singles and Doubles I ate the first 50 years. Yum!
