We went in and ordered 2 meals. Simple. Nothing complicated. Well they couldn’t handle that. They left out an entire sandwich. I called 3 times and no one answered. I don’t live close to bethel so I’m not about to drive back up there. And the meal was 11 dollars. I would take your money elsewhere so you actually get what you pay for.

Tonight well be the last time i come to this wendys. I work 2nd shift and i get off at 10 i will normaly get to this wendys around 10:30. Tonight i had an awful day, i needed a little pick me up. So i went though the drive though for a little something. As i was leaving to go home i reached into a bag to grab a fry and it was cold…like it had sat for an hour. How the hell did i get MORE depressed coming though your drive though??? I worked at a wendys many years ago for 2 years on the night shift. You know if the food has gone cold and your crew just does not care. I have had this happen a few other times before but tonight hit differnt. I won’t be back unless i need a “under new management” sign somewhere. I will just go to taco bell across the street for now on if i need something on the way home.

They definitely put cheese on my no-cheese order, but hey got everything else right and they were very friendly, in spite of being quite busy and understaffed. The tables were clean and the drink station was well stocked. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Almost got hit it the parking lot while trying to park by someone pulling in trying to go around me. When I went in and talked to staff apparently thats a “normal problem” there. She said “I’m in uniform and it happens to me too” . Unfortunately I think its traffic in town is terrible and people fly through trying to cut through the lot that has a path out to the back road behind it.

I don’t expect a lot from fast food, but this was really something. I ordered extra pickles on my hamburger and got a cheeseburger with…. and I counted… 20 pickles. They put pickles under the burger, and on top of the burger. That’s intentional. I ordered from a kiosk, they weren’t busy I was the first one in line and they had like one car in the drive thru, so I don’t know what I could have possibly done to deserve this pickle-wrath. When I order extra pickles its in the understanding I’ll get maybe 4 pickles instead of just 2. Not 20!! Also they gave me a cheeseburger- that’s fine, that happens all the time, but it just adds up with all the pickles. I didn’t find out till I got home and by then my burger was cold and soggy from all the pickle juice. Just gross. On the off chance whatever employee pickle-bombed my sandwich did it thinking I would love a heap of pickles, I apologize for being such a Karen, but c’mon, who wants that many pickles??

I came tonight January 2nd with my husband around 10:30pm. We both got a sandwich and a medium fry to share. We got home, this here is our “medium” fry to share. No there are no fries spilled at the bottom of the bag. I already got those and added them in. I tried calling 3 times. Somebody should make this right.

I placed my order & the female acted like she didn’t want to take my order. Then, a young gentleman handed my food to me. I checked it & my sandwiches were very cold, not hot & juicy. I drove the food back around & told them about it. The gentleman told me to pull off to the side. I did & 5 minutes later, he brings my food back to me. Again they never remade my sandwiches & they were still cold. My husband & I will never, ever go back there again. I have worked in fast food & never did I try to sell cold food to anyone. This is the poorest service I have ever received! Thanks for nothing! I spent 31.00 to get poor service & be disrespected! Never again!!!

Went though the drive though and got a baconator meal and a baconator sandwich it was almost 20 dollars and there was only 4 tiny pieces of bacon on each sandwich and you couldn’t even taste it. it was not worth that kind of money when you can go to Burger King and get a bacon cheese burger for less money and you can taste the bacon that’s pretty sad to call what we got a baconator
