Really stinks when you go there and the food is great but when you order door dash and pay more money you recieve half your food. Almost 3 times now. I always try to give a benefit of the doubt but its super upsetting. Sorry guys. But especially late at night there is no excuse when slower.

My wife and I usually visit this Wendy’s when we are out and about and we are generally pleased with this particular location. However, yesterday the Hamburgers where really sloppily made. My wife had a single and I had a baconator (single). I’ll start with my sandwich, it’s called a Baconator right? To me that would imply a reasonable amount of bacon on the burger, especially if you see the picture, there was two half’s of a single slice of bacon and so much mayo and ketchup I could use the extra to dip my fries in. My wife’s single looked like it was tossed in a blender and again the condiments were excessive. I was watching the girl making the sandwiches, she was doing this on everyone’s sandwiches. I’ve gotten to the point of completely boycotting all Wendy’s location, you count on people to be conscience any more. You might think that perhaps they were busy, but there were three cars in the drive and one other patron in the dining room. No excuses!

This is not the first time that I ordered a DIET drink and got regular! They just don’t care enough to pay attention to something that could LITERALLY kill me as a Diabetic! Couple that with the $3+ that a large drink costs now and it is super fruatrating!

My husband and I just went to this Wendy’s (Amelia, OH) to get breakfast on 8/30/25 and an elder lady taking the order was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the fast food business. We will NEVER be back to this location. Although, I will give credit to the lady that was working beside her, she was nice and also the manager Desmond but unfortunately that one rude lady did spoil our experience at this Wendy’s. Message to the owner of this restaurant… I have a feeling this is not the first time this lady has been reported and from other reviews I have read seems like this is the type of employees you hire to run your business. Do better and I’m not interested in free food so don’t contact me to fix it with coupons, I don’t want them.

Absolute garbage service waited in line for over 30 minutes to even put an order in. The people in front of us left. Lady at the counter was super rude and seemed like she didn’t care at all. Absolute worst service ever. Won’t be back until management gets this under control. Completely unacceptable for a fast food chain

I placed a mobile order. When I went to get it, it was cold . it was asked to be made again and they adamantly refused. They were rude, disrespectful and ignorant in my opinion. Clearly there is lack of leadership and education among the group of people that were working at 4 o’clock on Saturday, September 6. When I called to get my money back, she adamantly refused and told me I had to do it online. I then asked who I was speaking to . She expressed to me that she did not have to give me her name because they owned their own name. This was a woman with a beard. Another perfect example of complete and utter ignorance in my opinion. I’m not quite certain how with the kind of staff that I dealt with that anything in the store runs properly. Clearly the Wendy’s corporation is either unaware or could care less who is representing their store. It’s a shame that these types of businesses are more concerned about making money than staffing in my opinion.

Ordered a small chili and found a huge piece of hamburger in it, looks like they just cooked the hamburger and thru it in with tomato sauce. I didn’t like the chili at all. They use a nasty tomato sauce and it doesn’t give it a good flavor. Won’t be ordering again. Absolutely disgusting. Their chicken sandwich also tastes dry and fries are not great.

Came through at about 2am, got two chicken blts, made to wait 10 minutes at the window. They have me prob two hour old chicken anyway. Super disgusting. Y’all wouldn’t of needed to go 24hrs and try to boost those numbers if you didn’t do this to your customer base. Foul. Whoever is in kitchen serving food like that to your guests shouldn’t be employed.

Clean clean and clean. Has a fireplace in sitting area which makes a comfort feel. Inside service is slower than outside. Drive thru service is very fast …no matter how backed up they are… quick…that is why many come here …for the fast efficient service. Orders have always been perfect in and out. Excellent quaility for price. Superb chili.

Ordered a chicken honey bisquit sandwich. Lady was rushing even though there were no cars in line. I should have checked my order. I get home, and how on god’s green earth do you forget the chicken!? Waste of time and money
