On Sunday August 20th 4:55pm Wendy’s restaurant on 8342 Princeton Glendale road in West Chester, Ohio the employees were loud have a good time, but it is a place of business. The thing is we only got a chili and a sandwich plus they forgot the utensil for the chili. The wait time was over 5 minutes more than double for a sandwich and a chili. The only positive to this was the person who handed out the food this person was well mannered.

I order 40 chicken nuggets and 2 large fries today at 9:30pm 7/30, the first time the gentlemen mess up my order with someone else, so I have to pull around the window again and he started giving me atitude for what he did wrong and made me wait to the side upfront after waited for 7 cars behind to get through and got their food, then they finally decided to work on my food and I didn’t receive my food until 10:30 and when the food came out I was still missing a large fries, I was too disappointed from Waitting too long and have somewhere to be and never pull around or come back

Terrible, I’ve tried going to this place for a month. Lined around the building doors locked to force only drive through. Wait time probably 30 min. People just leaving left and right. Two people working I’m sure the owner is paying them next to nothing. Probably the reason there’s no employees.

Put up a sign. If your dining room is closed, at least put up a sign so that we don’t have to get out of the car just to find out that you can’t eat there Also, when the location screws up your order in the drive-thru, you can’t go inside to get it corrected.
