I ate lunch at this Wendy’s location and had an excellent experience. When I walked into the restraunt, there was no line and the lady who greeted me at the counter was very kind and friendly. My order was ready within 90 seconds. The dining room was clean and I enjoyed my meal. I would go back to this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in and they weren’t busy, but it took someone 5 minutes to come to the register to take our order. Both free style machines were out of ice, then the drinks came out WARM and flat. We got our food, and this is how much they filled our small and medium fry, absolutely pathetic. I understand this is a fast food restaurant but you’d think people would still have standards. Then, we didn’t get our frosty so we asked the worker about it, and she gave us a frosty that was 75% full. Cold, dry, old food, horrible service from workers. Pathetic and sad establishment. This is literally the amount of fries we received in both.

Their menu didn’t exactly match the app (Apparently, that location stopped serving breakfast a few months ago), but they were happy to exchange our drink for something they had. Everything was fresh and delicious. Frosties were the right texture and the chicken sandwiches were hot and yummy. My only complaint is I paid to add tomato to my sandwich and they forgot it.

I love Wendy’s and I usually don’t have too many issues with this place but sometimes it just takes too long. I’m typically patient but not waiting at a box for an hour patient. Tonight especially…I ordered at around 11:20 and they close at 12 which yes, I did order an hour before they close and that is on me. I arrived there and there was a car in front of me, sat there for nearly an hour, no response to them so they drove off and I went forward thinking maybe they weren’t taking normal orders. Sat there for a good few minutes and as soon as it hit 12 they decided that it was time to speak telling me they were closed and that I should just cancel my mobile. Which I cannot because the app is saying there’s an error every time I go to cancel it. It’s usually good and I love the food and I should have ordered it earlier though it still makes me upset.

Cold food, slick floors all throughout the store, sticky tables, very few drink options, and forgotten items. Only one of the drink machines had ice and both were out of popular drinks and flavor variations. I understand staff shortages but this place is not even meeting the bare minimum. Staff are in no hurry to serve you. Absolutely would not recommend.

I stopped by this Wendy’s for lunch while I was on the road and was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. I ordered a Biggie Bag, and everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The fries were crispy, the nuggets were flavorful, and the burger tasted freshly made — exactly how fast food should be.
The service was polite, professional, and efficient, which really stood out. It had been years since I’d eaten at Wendy’s because of a bad experience at another location, but this visit completely changed my impression of the brand. It’s clear this location takes pride in providing good food and great customer service.

If I could give this Wendy’s a zero I would. Waited for 45 min and they never gave us our food. People who came after us got their food. I stood in a restaurant with literally no people, and somehow they forgot our food. 5 employees at least were working in a not busy restaurant . They didn’t offer any refund. No apologies but the sweet guy that took our order.

I ordered on the mobile app for dinner tonight. My husband and child wanted to try the new chicken tenders but when I went to pick up my order they said they were out of tenders. I had them substitute 10 piece nuggets. Also the bun on my husband’s single was hard as a rock, and they messed up my junior bacon cheeseburgers. I had to go back through the drive thru and get them corrected. The staff were all nice but it was annoying having to go back. By the time I got home everything was cold. All in all very disappointed.

If you are going to close your dining room at least put a sign on the door and mention it on your website as well instead of letting the customers walk up to the doors and then make them stand at the locked doors while you stand behind the counter and wave! Do better!
