The good review first. The lady working the counter was nice and took my order right away. The food wasn’t bad either. Fresh with plenty of fries.
The bad review. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich but got a regular chicken sandwich. The cook in the back was talking very loud and cussing and the manager didn’t seem to care.
The place was picked up but needed swept and a fresh moping. The floor was sticky everywhere I stepped. The bathroom mirror was terrible. They must of used the mop to clean it.

Placed an order at the drive thru. Worker was very rude, rushed us through and missed half our order. When we asked about it at the window she had an attitude and huffed and puffed about it. Very nasty demeanor. Forgot part of our order still after that. Potato wedges came out cold and overall not a good experience

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time. Very impressed by the quality of both Service (management and staff team) and the food at this location in Middletown Ohio. Restaurant is clean and well organized. The food was presented well on the tray with friendly service. Great taste and quality food the price paid and being a fast food establishment.

99% of fast food I have been threw lately has been people who could care less. I have stopped here twice and both times have been amazing service and food. The window workers are so kind and I wish other places would learn a lesson from these people!

Went to drive thru , last car in line , place my order pay at window , get drinks and frosty first then proceed to sit for 15 minutes because I said we were waiting on nuggets when my food finally came out the entire bag was cold and two sandwiches were wrong and the nuggets were specially cold so I don’t know why I waited 15 minutes for wrong cold food I would have no problem waiting 15 minutes for fresh hot right food which did not happen tonight I would recommend anyone go to the Breil location or the verity and avoid this one

Not sure how you can wait almost an hour for food and everything be cold and the bottom part of the buns be hard as a rock. Honestly the most disgusting experience I’ve had yet. This is so not the service this store was held to years ago.

The food was cold the sauce looked like they wiped the condensation off the bottle on my burger, barely a drop. How can you call it spicy honey without spicy honey?Fast food anymore is not worth the money. The order was correct, however.
