so my food was great! everything was correct but there was worker ive never seen before she mustve been new or just really rude she was a black, young, darkskin woman with a blonde wig. she didnt greet me after i said hello, she kinda was acting like i was bothering her this was dine in btw. she didnt say much to me and kind was rushing me i asked for a water and she got an attitude and asked “what size!”. i thought it was just me but an older couple comes in and she treated them that way too so maybe shes just a rude person who hates her job but if you hate your job so much dont work there. i tried to call up there cause when i was inside no one even came to the front so i could ask for a manager and she didnt have a name tag on so i could get her name but shes a young, maybe 20s, darkskin woman with a blonde wig. please train her better on how to treat people cause that wasnt it this was yesterday 11/23/25.

I don’t usually go to this Wendy’s on Rt 4 by 275 but I did last week and just want to give a shout out to the lady with all the tattoos taking orders and at the drive thru window. She was super pleasant and friendly! Thank you for excellent customer service!

So there’s a young dark sinned girl who works the front counter. She’s very rude. I go to lunch there quite often, and everytime, shes been rude. She doesn’t greet anyone, she doesn’t respond when you say thank you. And God forbid you ask for something. She acts like its a problem, but thats her job. I was just in there, my husband ordered an extra BBQ sauce and they forgot to put it in there. So he said, I ordered an extra BBQ. And she gave him the dirtiest look. And as I was walking out, she was giving me a dirty look as well. Even after I said thank you, have a nice day. People like that shouldn’t work in the public. Needless to say, ill be calling the manager and or corporate.

I went through this location yesterday around 5:00. It was probably one of the best double cheeseburgers I’ve ever had it any Wendy’s location the salad was awesome that I ordered the frosties were great and a chicken wrap that I got was really packed also that cheeseburger had a lot of extra onions and everything on it it was just a great trip through Wendy’s yesterday.
I hope this same crew is there the next time I stop there!!!

Person taking our order Sunday afternoon was apparently annoyed they had to be there. Food was ready quick, and was good. Bathrooms were disgusting, I get the public is aweful but the bathrooms were BAD.

Pulling up to the speaker we weren’t greeted very nicely, whom ever took the order was rude and Blunt. We then pull to the window and not one hair net in site, meanwhile she’s holding all three frostys against her body. I just found the whole interaction to be rude and almost didn’t give my business.

Really poor experience with order for pick-up. We placed large order for staff lunch. Wendy’s staff would not allow order to be picked up from inside store. Their staff was extremely rude and condescending and made our team member go through long drive thru line to get order. Really maddening experience and would not order from them again.

The last few times visiting they put this horrid shredded and bagged lettuce onto my sandwich instead of their normal lettuce. I’ve always eaten at Wendy’s because the lettuce there is torn or whole leaf. The shredded stuff starts tasting like garbage minutes after shredded, so unless you’re going to shred it right onto the burger you might as well be handing people food from the trash can.
