inside closed due to staffing.. I will say the line moved pretty quickly for how busy it was. It’s not the workers fault at all but please make it easier to receive a refund in the app when the store doesn’t have what you order, etc.

Don’t get me wrong, this place has the ability to be great. The Jr bacon cheeseburgers used to be a dollar and the chicken nuggets used to be the best in town. But here recently I’m not sure if it’s because of inflation but the quality has went down considerably. I got a Jr bacon cheeseburger and the patty was about 30% of the size it used to be when it costed less. The nuggets were okay but still, used to be better. Hopefully it doesn’t have to do with them neglecting to filter/change the grease like they should. If they are, I’m sure that just like the rest of us they have been hit with inflation and forced to buy product that doesn’t have the same quality and I feel bad if that’s the case. To feed my family I spent 40 bucks here and nobody was impressed with the food. They actually even shorted us 1 Dave’s double but it wasn’t worth the hassle to go back over 1 sandwich. Mistakes happen and I don’t remember this Wendy’s ever doing it before so I’ll chock it up to that. I don’t go inside but the (maybe 2 times?) that I have, it seemed like everyone was actually working and that’s rare for a fast food place, especially in Hamilton. Once inflation goes down (God knows how long that’ll be…) and the quality of the food goes back up, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

This location has been open for quite some time and I have been visiting it consistently multiple times per year. I rarely have issues with service even when I visit during peak times. The food quality appears to have decreased somewhat in the last few years. Sometimes I wish the fries were cooked a little longer to make them a bit more crispy. Pick up a chocolate frosty if you go! 2023 update: this location needs more help more and trained staff.

My family and i came here tonight 08/12 around 10pm. The girl taking our order, i believe her name was abby? blue strips of hair, with glasses.. very rude and horrible customer service. she nearly threw the drink at us and was just over all rude. shouldnt be working somewhere you don’t like, or treat customers with great costumer service.

It’s usually pretty decent here, but today at around 3:30PM was a mess. It seems the manager or whatever was focused more on taking care of her 3 kids than focusing on the quality of the food. I ordered a chicken wrap, baconator fries and strawberry lemonade. The chicken wrap was assembled terribly to the point it fell apart the moment I picked it up and the baconator fries were a joke. It was just cheese and 2 bacon strips lazily thrown together. I noticed the manager on her break with the 3 kids ordered baconator fries as well and it’s a night and day difference between mine and hers. This is an insult. I’d think twice about visiting here next time because it’s obvious taking care of children is way more important than the customer and even then she couldn’t take care of the children that well since they were running around the store. At least the strawberry lemonade was good enough.

Be ready to 2 on 1 for asking people to pick up there mess since they parked ate then tossed fries wrappers bags cups napkins right out window onto ground then stayed to smoke. I pointed as i gathered my food and they screamed profanity and against my better judgement I got out to ask them to respect our town and businesses and they escalated more was just I and their was 3 of them I am 38 their early and mid 20s two jumped out and one staged their getaway. Only problem was they had no idea who I was and my ways as I calmly steadily stepping backwards since they were trying to jump me from front and rear I casually hugged my back and circled my avalanche twice so to keep them both in front of me as I sway dip and dodge all but 1 violent blow to my back side in his words with all his might and he didnt budge but now my survival activated as i use all their energy plus my own striking each man as a counter punch perfectly timed for each assailant was clearly lightning and thunder as I shocked their bodys complete system in shock and awe they turned and ran away. So please respect our town and our Lord and Savior for I always walk with the Lord in Spirit. I forgive you guys but I truly hope you do not make a habit and remember power is in respect. They threw hundreds landed but 1 and I threw 2 and landed 2 and that’s all

Usually slow but ok. Today they let me sit in the heat in the drive thru at the first window only to eventually tell me at the pick up window that they dont have frostys. After I paid and sat next to the first window for 5 minutes. They just tried to offer the nasty medecine flavored fake strawberry instead of chocolate.

Yall usually do pretty good but this is nasty the lettuce is soggy and brown, chicken cold, bacon undercooked, and tomatoes still had ice on em. Check your quality, its disappointing.

Update: went just now on 4/2/23 right before 10pm. The Blue haired girl with NO BRA on putting her hands in her shirt was very rude when we explained our order was severely messed up. She is under a lot of stress and doesn’t work well under stressed. Older lady with grey hair was even more rude. Food order was still messed up when we got home.
