It was the worst visit at that Wendy’s i ever had, I ordered, a Classic Double with lettuce Tomato and onions, with .mayo. the meat was so dry like it was under a heat lamp for hours I couldn’t even finish the sandwich. I call the store 4 times and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I will never eat there again

Waited in line for 15 minutes. The gentleman working the front kept filling the online orders. The customers behind us gave up at around 10 minutes but we kept hoping he would take our order. When it was obvious that online orders were more important we left.

The line is always long and I’m not sure why. This location is terrible. I’ve had bad experiences here in the past. But since I was in the area I figured I’d try again. I get to the window and they didn’t know how to use a gift card that was loaded onto the mobile app. This place is awful.

Went through the drive-through tonight to get food. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through. All to get served the most absolutely nastiest food I’ve ever got given. The burger was raw, and the fries were so soggy as if they literally were literally dipped in water.

This place was very dirty, the employees were not friendly and were very standoffish and not hygienic looking. Went to sit at a table, every table was dirty. Garbage and food on the floor. The area where you get napkins, ketchup..ect. was absolutely filthy dirty.. shame

My previous review was from 3 years ago. But this is an update 3/2024. I went through the drive-thru and got chicken nuggets and a baked potato. I wish I would have looked at it before I got home. When I got home I saw that I had a potato that looked disgusting. This baked potato should never have been served. As you can see from the picture it was a very old nasty potato certainly not worth $3.19. The picture actually looks better than the potato.

Yall usually do pretty good but this is nasty the lettuce is soggy and brown, chicken cold, bacon undercooked, and tomatoes still had ice on em. Check your quality, its disappointing.

Went through and placed a mobile order pulled to the window got my bag of food got home and checked my food got everything from my biggie bag but they forgot my large fry and only gave me 7 chicken nuggets instead when I ordered a 10 piece nugget I called and the manager Bri was the one who handed me my food beyond upset
