The cashier was very nice but obviously new. She was kind and sweet. It took 17 minutes to get a chicken wrap and a half box of fries. The priority seemed to be drive through. The fry guy didn’t have on any gloves and I seen him throw a loose French fry in a box. Employees shirts were filthy like they hadn’t been washed in days. Condiments were stocked at least. Just needs some things tightened up

Food wasn’t that good cold, me and my wife wait 30 minutes while the Dasher was there waited for 2 biggie bags. Just to find out the nuggets was gone the frie was filled barley half way. And the food was dressed was messy ash . It wasn’t pleasant

Absolutely upsurd!! I order a biggie bad for my daughter after her volleyball game and they gave us small everything! We got a Dr Pepper 3x to small and a frosty that was meant to be medium was a junior! And it was the size of my thumb! I’m very disappointed with my experience do better and tell your 24 year olds to give me the size I paid for!

I ordered a lg chile($4.29). I literally got vegetable beef soup. It was terrible and awfully watered down. You guys raise prices and lower quality! We the customer are the only reason you have a company and people have jobs. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves in corporate. This is a sad excuse for a chile. I live 30 minutes from this Wendy’s and wasn’t about to drive all the way back and when I called ,no answer. I strained the Chile when I got home and it was literally 2/3 of watered down Chile water or whatever you would call that, but it’s wasn’t Chile. And no cheese or sour cream (which I requested)
