As a customer I walked over from the truck stop to order 2 chicken sandwiches. 1 spicy and 1 regular both of which were supposed to be plain !!!!! I put them in my truck for later but something told me to check them . Guess what the store did NOT GIVE ME A SPICY CHICKEN BUTV2 REGULAR CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND BITH WERE FULLY DRESSED .

Went through the drive through and got pulled up for a very small order and was the only person there. Had to wait for 10 minutes to get my food and found I was missing stuff right away. Went inside and got it no big deal. Got home to find my sandwich was also wrong. Tried to look past it and just eat my baconator fries. While eating said fries started joking to the point of throwing due to a very long black hair being in it. Proceeded to call the store several times and after about 10 minutes worth of ringing they finally answered again they were not budy i was just there and there was NO ONE THERE! Then proceeded to tell me that they’ll refund the sandwich and fries but not the other 3 things I had because “There was nothing wrong with it” but the fact I had to throw up because I was eating someone’s hair wasn’t a big deal! The manager said she’ll make sure everyone has there hair up from here on out but the issue is it should have been up in the first place! Absolutely disgusting!

Cold food, slick floors all throughout the store, sticky tables, very few drink options, and forgotten items. Only one of the drink machines had ice and both were out of popular drinks and flavor variations. I understand staff shortages but this place is not even meeting the bare minimum. Staff are in no hurry to serve you. Absolutely would not recommend.

Apparently it’s my fault the cashier wrong up my order wrong and I only ordered 3 things. Apparently saying my order over and over multiple times wasn’t sufficient enough. It wasn’t a big deal until I was blamed as if I’m the problem! If I wasn’t hungry I would have asked for a refund. The new cashier made a mistake and the manager made it worst. It starts at the top! Won’t return to this location at all!

I am an out of towner, also, an ex-manager of a Wendys. Very lazy employees, rude, and dirty. They had no baked potatoes (which only take an hour to make) no sauces, and double charged me. I guess “add pickle” was a very big inconvenience also. Get up to the window and hands me a receipt to which i specifically said, “no sauces, please remove the 10 pcs then”. Behold, i was charged for it anyways. I am one to let petty things slide.. but not my money. The manager with the scar on his face then dug out of my bag with bare hands to remove it. Then him and the drive thru girl just shrugged there shoulders and said “well we already swiped your card” like oh well. No, refund me. I guess they dont know how to do that either because they went ahead and handed me 5 dollars in cash. Their drawer to be short, not mine. Also, no pickle, no ranch sauce. Just a dry chicken sandwich. Smh. Do better training your staff!!

I come in here all the time because i work close, and it used to be slow and i wouldn’t say rude but not friendly. BUT here recently I’ve been getting exceptional service, I’m in and out quick, the crew is very friendly, and food is hot. If they keep this up I’ll have to give them 5 stars.

I had a mobile order that I got via drive thru. When I pulled up I had to wait at the speaker for 5 minutes and then another 10 for the actual food. I was missing several food items as well as straws, napkins, and forks. Very below average experience. Probably won’t be going back.

I haven’t had a GREAT Wendys meal in years! Yes, years! Either the fries are cold, hard bun, a burger that’s been sitting too long, no chocolate frosty because a machine is broken. Always fair to bad food. But, I keep coming back!
I explained to Ashley, the keyword is “fresh”.
Everything was made hot and fresh.

I ordered single cheeseburger with small fires and water. Husband ordered chilie and water. He was charged 0 for small water and she charged me 55 for bottled water. When I questioned she said we’ll baby that’s just how it rings up. I said we’ll I did not get a combo and my husband’s right above mine says small water for 0. She said again, we’ll baby that’s just how it rings up. 1. I’m not her baby and hate being talked to like like that. 2. I should not have been charged for my water. Very poor service.

7/31/23 update this place us still horrible. I can tell a gm had been in the last week or so because there foid was actually decent this means they can do there jobs right when made to. Unfortunately I can also tell there gm is not around any longer because everything went back to being as awful as it was before that fast probably should have just fired a few people dont waste your money here .
This place has become horrible I work nearby and have be coming here for years so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It’s way over priced for bad service the drive threw can literally on accomplish 1 order at a time before taking another. Twice I have ordered bacanator burgers and barely hot a sprinkle of bits on it that would not have added up to a qt piece of bacon on a bacanator come on ot doesn’t matter what size fry u get its a small fry in a different container I just ordered again fom there probably for the last time got the new chicken motz dry as he’ll no sauce hardly at all again small fry in large box I also got a cheddar bacon potato only had a squirt of cheddar sauce no shredded cheese at all and I can literally count out the tiniest but of bits of bacon they kinda put on it I don’t recommend wasting your money here

I Gave this place another chance but went I side to examine my food before I left same order usually bacanator this is the only Wendy’s I get this awful of service the gave me my food this time with 2peices od bacon broke in half to look like 4 when I returned it and asked how many was supposed to be there they said six that I didn’t get not only did they just give me back 3 prices broke in half to look like six they also took back the sandwich they messed up that there not supposed to do health code and all broke one more peice in half a returned it to me I give up and won’t be coming back here ever every other Wendy’s I go to can get it right the first time they still can’t even after it’s returned I wish I could take back the one star I have them they don’t even deserve
