Stood in line for around 15 minutes behind one person waiting to order. The service wasn’t great and it’s very cold. The floors feel grimy to walk on, there’s trash on the floor, and the place looks and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I ordered a caramel cold brew and it seemed watery, warm, and didn’t look like what I ordered even though it was. When I mixed it, the cream on top came off in chunky pieces. Would not recommend eating here.

It’s your typical Wendy’s. I had the bad timing of being there during a dinner rush. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I just went it. The 1st thing I noticed was it was really warm in there. Very uncomfortable. I wondered how people were dining in. It took probably 4 minutes for someone to take my order. But, I know they were busy .

Normally the service is slow, but the staff is friendly and the food is good. Went in tonight to rude staff that wouldn’t say anything to us at the drive thru window, including when they were finished handing us stuff or when they handed my card back (sticky with strawberry sauce I had to wipe off). No friendliness there.
My kid got an Oreo brownie frosty and they didn’t even fill it, it was only a little over 3/4 full while my same size frosty was pushing out of the lid. And to top it off, there was one single brownie chunk in the whole cup. Kid got that specifically for the textures since there are usually plenty of chunks in there.
Definitely not the typical service we get here at all, but poor enough to leave a review. Staff seems to need more training.

Gave me a raw chicken sandwich, which now I might get salmonella, The worker was rude when I called and did not offer a refund and used the excuse that they have problems with their fryers (which you should still check the internal temp) and if there are problems maybe don’t serve food. They offered to remake it while giving me attitude (for their own mistake) and I declined since I do not want another raw chicken sandwich and would rather my money back (which didn’t happen).

Absolutely the worst service I have received in awhile! The person they have working the Drive Thru was intentionally Rude, and very Obnoxious! He literally made it difficult just to place a order and I almost drove off. When I get to the drive Thru he’s super cocky about his actions and trying to look cool in front of his coworkers. Why i am waiting to receive my food I witness him doing the same routine to the car behind me and they took off pissed and didn’t order. He start’s laughing to his coworkers stating they won’t be back. Lol!!! Absolutely ridiculous behavior!!!! I don’t know where whatever child they made Manager this week was at to control the situation? But Wendy’s needs to get it together. Just terrible!

Was looking for a quick bite after church and Wendy’s delivered! Used the drive thru-they were kind knowledgeable and fast-in and out quick. Ordered the breakfast Baconator and the Honey and Chicken Biscuit, seasoned potatoes, a Dr Pepper and a water-delicious!! I normally have to ask for mayo or extra Mayo but not today!! Plenty of Mayo and honey in all the right places,…remember the old “Dave” commercials where he said the burgers were the juiciest and if you got a little on you “were sorry?!?” Oh yeah it was that kind of best ever breakfast this morning!! The seasoned potatoes were just right warm til the very last one-just how I like it!!

The food was old, the coffee drink we ordered is not what we got, and the dining room was really cold. We stood in line with one person in front of us for about 20 minutes and they hadn’t ordered yet. The front register associate moved very slowly and couldn’t place our order well. The service was extremely slow inside.

Went inside instead of drive through because the line was so long. I was served and greeted with a smile and not having to deal with a computer screen thing was great also!

The worst wendy’s in the area, open late, usually there late, soft drinks all have terrible earthy dirt mold flavor, mess up my order often, have served me pink burgers more then once, do not give receipt then refuse to replace defective orders. They deny the drink issue then claim its the city’s fault, I guess the McDonald’s across the street, and every other restaurant has some next gen space age filtration technology because this location is the only one with the terrible drinks. Learn to clean your machines properly! Learn to cook burgers properly! Learn how not to apply tomato to burger when ordered that way, learn how to apply bacon to bacon double stack, learn how to cook chicken nuggets so they do not chew like tennis balls, learn how to remove mold from nozzles and hoses of freestyle machine, or install/ fix your filtration system.
Really hope huron changes its hours to be open late this location is a clownshow.

Nice Wendy’s. Pretty clean with friendly staff. My food was prepared well and exactly the way I ordered it. I never use a drive thru so I can avoid aggravation.
