Went to get breakfast at 10:10 a.m. lady at the drive-through told me to wait to order, I waited more then 10 minutes until she asked for my order, I asked for a breakfest sandwich she said we don’t service breakfest anymore. This is pure laziness on your part. Even worse I ordered chicken nuggets for my kid two weekends ago, had to wait for (fresh) ones for 5 minutes, then we get home the nuggets are so saturated in hot grease I just threw them in the trash. You have lost a customer. Please do better Wendy’s

I ordered a southwest salad, which suppose to come with chicken on it, when I got home never received the chicken, had to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to put my order in, many people left the dinner because of the wait. Sad.
