EAT ELSEWHERE. Dine in. Dinnertime. Asked for extra pickles. Got a total of 3. Asked for no tomato. Got it anyways. Fry’s were old and cold. Dave’s double was dry . Soda machines (one out of service. One has hardly any soda to choose from. ZERO diet choices.) Floor was slippery in spots, sticky in others . I will never use this location again.

It seems every time I use the mobile app They never get my order correct. I ordered onions and blue cheese on my salad and I got neither one. The little tiny spoon full of avocado does not do justice to the salads name which is southwest avocado salad. Disappointed

Since your phone doesn’t work for some reason
1. We ordered a spicy hot honey chicken sandwich and were given a home style patty after even correcting the manager and drive-thru personnel. Then on that sandwich, there is supposed to be bacon and we received no bacon in it. Worst sandwich I’ve ever ate (well, couldn’t eat because it was disgusting).
2. We ordered one of two baked potatoes with only margarine, bacon, and chives on it, but received two potatoes with cheese absolutely smothering both potatoes. I can’t eat cheese, so yet again, another item completely inedible, and my wife, who loves cheese, couldn’t eat hers either as it was disgustingly destroyed by liquid cheese. So out of a $30 meal, only two small Chili’s got ate.
We live too far away to come back in there and your phone’s don’t work, im guessing because of all the complaints. Please reevaluate your staff and make this right.

This restaurant is in awful condition. The kitchen appeared very dirty and unkept. The floor was disgusting from my view in line. My sandwich was not cooked. Raw chicken. I think anyone would agree, this is unsafe! The staff’s reaction to my returning it seemed very nonchalant. Yikes!

The staff is always friendly.. but they got my order wrong and there was a bunch of stuff in my water . Didn’t even take a chance on drinking it. Makes me question how clean it is inside the soda machines.

I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless you’re prepared to wait over an hour for a small portion of food that tastes old and poorly prepared. My recent visit was not only disappointing in terms of food quality and service speed, but also in how I was treated by the staff. I stopped in to visit my husband who works there, only to be told later I was no longer allowed back, all because a manager, who appeared to be in her 30s or 40s, falsely claimed I accused her of texting/flirting with my 20-year-old husband, even though I know he would never do so much as to look at her in that way given she’s older and has children. She couldn’t even explain how or why she believed or came about this, only that “everyone on the crew” told her so and that he would be written up if it happened again when neither of us have spoken about her nor to other members of the staff we haven’t done anything to this woman other than to see if she might have liked an item from my small business. That level of gossip-based decision-making is not only unprofessional, it’s concerning. On top of that, the staff seemed to lack the most basic ability to read and follow a simple order receipt. If you’re working in customer service, you should at the very least be able to treat people with respect and handle basic tasks correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, whether as a customer or an employee.

I hate how rude the crew and managers are at this location. They either need retrained or to get rid of people and start fresh. Never “Thank You” or greeting when you pull up to the window – just the basics would’ve been nice. This restaurant ALWAYS manages to mess up something. Whether no straw for drink or napkins or just incorrect food. This was my double stack I got today. They weren’t busy at all, yet my sandwich is so carelessly thrown together and a complete mess. I also asked for no mustard and it was correct on the drive thru screen, yet there’s mustard all over the wrapper. I will take my money elsewhere.

Every time we come here it’s always an issue with something but this is just disgusting. My nuggets were also old and the bacon was too chewy so I gave it to my dog. Definitely disappointed but not surprised.
