Food was up to expectations. They are having some trouble with the app in store. The manager solved the problem quite rapidly.
Bright new kitchen and everyone seems to be enjoying their job. Always enjoy the workers at Maple St and portage. Hopefully it will be the same here.

Horrible service. To many young ppl with nasty attitudes that will open the window with crumbs on her mouth especially the one they keep putting in the window in the afternoon. I go thru the drive thru, I order my food. When I received my food it was cold and the bread was stale. They will roll there eyes and close the window before your done talking. Go anywhere else… literally.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch today and we ordered two singles with cheese everything on them, in the drive-through. Oh my God, these were the best burgers we have ever had probably since 1980s. I tell no lie. The meat was so fresh and cooked to perfection. It was a burger like Wendy’s is really known for. A burger like back in the day. I can’t say enough about how delicious it was. I even called the restaurant and told the manager how pleased we were with the food. If you’re ever in North Canton, you have got to stop there and get a burger. I can’t recommend it enough!!! We have tried several Wendy’s up in the Cleveland area and they have all been just terrible. I swear when we want Wendy’s again, we’re driving to North Canton to this restaurant.

Food was good, however it took FOREVER to get through the drive thru. Place seemed very clean & well maintained. Lady at the window was nice but I really am tired of being waited on by people with all these tatoo’s showing & piercings. Not all that longer ago if you were a male your hair had to be cut above the collar, no tats showing, & you would have had to take out those stupid nose rings!

Another absolutely horrible experience at the store Wednesday, June 4. I pulled up to the drive-through in front of me said a north police car. I waited about 10 minutes. The police car never moved so I pull up to the right side of the police car and I stopped he rose his window down says he’s been sitting there for 15 minutes and nobody has ever even said anything anything through the speaker. I told him I was going to Burger King five minutes later he pulled up behind me at Burger King. ! I was so glad when Wendy’s came back to North canton ! I wish they brought some good employees with them. I will not be visiting this Wendy’s again anytime soon absolutely horrible.!!!

Food was OK but the experience at the drive thru was probably the most irritating thing I’ve ever witnessed at a fast food establishment. Kids were laughing thru the drive thru mic – pulled up to the window and one worker was kicking another one and laughing and just joking around while people were waiting on food. I plan on calling corporate tomorrow but overall I get having a good time at work but don’t let it cause a bad experience for paying customers. I’ll continue to go to the one in Washington square from now on.
