I placed a double dash with this Wendys this afternoon. I had 2 different dashers telling me that my order was picked up from this location. I never received it. And the dasher – Monique cancelled the dash altogether. She was the dasher picking my orders up. When I called Wendys, a worker said that the manager handed my order to someone. I again never recieved this order. Needless to say doordash refunded me my whole amount for never receiving my food at Wendy’s.

The only one that I appreciate was the girl taking my son’s order. Well spoken friendly great customer service but it took the other 12 employees 13 min to make the order. If it was not for the cashier and the cook my some said it was worth $11 for the combo. I don’t eat fast food .

If I could give no stars I would. I am the easiest person to just shrug things off. But this is ridiculous in less than a month both of trips to Wendy’s has been chaotic and not worth the money I spent. Tonight I go because I was craving their baconator french fries only to get cold fries with cheese that looks as if it has sat all day no bacon as you will see in picture. I understand that across the border we are short on help but if we cannot get decent food for what we pay for it lower the price do something this is ridiculous I will not be back to Wendy’s!

This particular Wendy’s is always good. I genuinely will drive out of my way to go to this location if I’m craving Wendy’s!
The attendants are always super nice, fast food isn’t a glam job by any means, so when I pull up to the window and I’m greeted with a smile and kindness it makes a difference! They always have clean presentable uniforms too which also says a lot about how well management is doing their job!
This is the only Wendy’s that consistently has good products every time. The dining room and bathrooms are also clean inside the building, typical interior for Wendy’s nothing fancy.
Overall if you’re going to stop in for a chili or a burger from Wendy’s this is the one to go to!

Went there around the evening to get food for my kids. After the drive through attenet was rude to me for trying to order when I misunderstood what she originally said. (To wait to order) the food i got was mildly warm and the fries were lack luster. After my kids had eaten, they informed me and hour after eating they didn’t feel good. Safe to say a hospital trip later, they have food poisoning. Safe to say I will never be getting food from this establishment again.

Hot and fresh! The order was correct! Napkins were there! Perfect visit! Always great service and food at this location! Always nice employees! Thank you for being at work and making my meal for the evening! I appreciate the hot, delicious food.

I placed an online delivery order within the app. I was missing my chili, so I called the store. I was treated like an absolute criminal! The young girl who answered blamed DoorDash for the issue and told me to contact them. I never received an “I apologize for that oversight” or anything! I kept trying to explain that I ordered on the wendy’s mobile app and do not have any say so on who delivers the order. She would not help me at all, just kept telling me to contact DoorDash IF I wanted the chili. Everytime I give them a chance they blow it with very very poor customer service

I go to pick up my meal and the lady at the window throws my food at me, me and my son ordered baconator burgers, and the bacon was burnt, I asked for pickles, nothing, he order onion, lettuce, tomatoes, on his he had nothing., I put no ketchup on mine and mine was swimming in ketchup, just an all around bad experience, there was no sauce for any of the meals that we ordered for.

I go out of my way just to come to this one. The service alone is miles ahead of the other ones in the area, in addition to the quality of the food being served at at a higher standard. Definitely worth giving this one a try.

Very, very bizarre energy in this store. I said hello to who I assumed was the manager. Nothing. 4 minutes until anyone even made eye contact with me.
Said hello to a staff member. Nothing. Didn’t even look at me. When they completed bagging my DoorDash order at 3:28 PM for “K.H” on 9/11/24 (staff member had glasses, holes in belt, long sleeve shirt, color in their hair). They then STARED at me with the bag in their hands without saying a word.
I said, “uhhh… I’m here for KH.” They handed me the bag & I said, “you know your staff might want to acknowledge people’s existence?” And they turned around and walked away.
I come here personally on a weekly basis and will not be back.
