I came with a large group of band kids, as it was our festival night. I, along with around 50 other band kids, came into this location to eat. Despite the fact that there were so many of us, and the location was understaffed, the food still tasted amazing and the servers were still nice. A few of the other students were impatient and became rude, but the staff was still very nice to us. Thank you so much. The Halloween decor was also super cool.

Lettuce was questionable and likely unclean based on the specks of black that were present fries were ungodly salty. Wanted to call and complain, but the cashier was extra kind, and I felt bad to throw her under the bus with the meal. The service was good the food wasn’t worth the wait.

My food was incorrect. When I pulled back around, they replaced my food and it was cold. I spoke to the “manager” on the phone. Since I was close by, I went back a 3rd time. The “manager” took the food that I had issues with and took over 10 minutes to replace them, so at this point, the other food i ordered was cold. The whole experience was discouraging.

Ordered via app requested bacon, mayo, tom, lettuce recieved NO toppings! Went back through drive thru ordered different sandwich and paid for it, gave other sandwich to my dog. Manager said “I made your sandwich so it will be correct” recieved burger in pieces and NO bacon not mention the wait was long. They were definitely struggling!

I mean, the people who work here all seem like the nicest people. They look like they are working their back ends off. The food is pretty typical for fast food and for Wendy’s. But, I don’t know if it is just me, but my order is always wrong or I have to ask for something that they forgot. Every single time. I just don’t get it as to how this is possible. They all do look like their fighting for their lives back there. Maybe they need more support? A better system? It really doesn’t seem to be the people.

It’s Wendy’s and it’s fast food so can’t expect the greatest meal on earth that’s expected. But please turn up the heat in there it is a dang ice box in that place! I run hot and I like cool temperatures it I even need to wear a jacket when I go in there! Crank up that heat Wendy’s!
