I was in this restaurant yesterday, the manger was extremely rude. Seemed bothered for taking an order. Kept cutting me off when i was ordering. She kept complaining. So many other jobs hiring if you hate your job. I’d say her name but she didn’t have a name tag on. About 1pm yesterday. 6/27

Other than Texas Roadhouse for sure and maybe Hoodletown Brewing Co., it’s hard to beat the fresh quality of a Wendy’s hamburg. The wait in line for the drive-thru is ‘stupid long’ and the new Wendy’s fries are a joke taste wise. But all the negative is pretty much washed away with the first bite of their double stack cheeseburg! Yum!

Drive thru service is a disaster….. if you let teenagers run your shift… there should it be a manager or shift leader supervising the shift… 5 minutes on a blackout screen and 10 minutes waiting to pay for your food…plus 8 more minutes to get your food… so much for fast food service… I will never stop here to get food..! That’s for sure

Walking to see people waiting for food stood in line for over a half hour and didn’t even get a hello. The people that were waiting on their food when walked were still there, and by that time, they had been waiting over an hour. The clerk at the front was wandering around slower than molasses and looking like he was lost or didn’t even know where he was. Ans that goes for everyone i could see from the front counter. When i asked to speak to management about the fact no one was helping us for over a half hour, all i was told was they only had seven people and they were going as fast as they could. I saw no one moving with any sort of purpose or motivation. If you want fast food, you could go to an understaffed McDonald’s or burgerking and still get out quicker.

Food was great. Service was prompt, but they were not sure what condiments were available. Dining area was clean. Air conditioning was on high ! Seriously cold in dining area.

It’s Wendy’s alright. Typically I’d never eat FF but a loved one offered to buy me some and for once I turned to her and said softly, “why the friggin heck not?”. Taste wise, no complaints. I mean, what meat eater really has a hard time sinking their teeth into a stack of burger and bacon smothered in melted cheese anyway? The fries were surprisingly edible while they’re still 450° of scald your tongue/ roof of mouth hot, and the frosty does an OK job of tending to your burns. Like a malt chocolatey aloe vera rub for your mouth, and luckily NOT derived from cacti (you’d think anyway). I just don’t fancy how the stuff makes me feel like a beached whale afterwards, and I immediately regret eating it, or any FF for that reason and won’t eat it again for a very long time, for that reason. No disrespect or judgement towards those that don’t wait very long before continuing their patronage to their local Wendy’s, it’s just not my cup of chili.
