The new tenders are really good! Food was hot including the fries and the frosty was delicious as always. Been a minute since I have eaten at any fast food restaurant. Prices were a bit high but that is everything any more.

I’m gonna be honest I don’t do a lot of reviews. However today I stopped in for 3 Wednesday meals. Firstly they didn’t ring it up as a meal they charged me for each individual item. 3 ten piece nuggets, 3 fries, 3 frosties which in total was way higher than the meal. Ontop of that the fries are barely filled up and each 10 piece nugget came with 9 nuggets instead of 10. I waited a long time for the order then the girl only handed me one frosty. She had to go back and make two more.

Fries were okay. Not the warmest, but okay. Spicy chicken sandwich was small. Definitely smaller than they used to be. Must be part of the shrinkflation going on. There was a not so happy employee in the back. Load enough for everyone in the lobby to hear.

I have been at the Boardman location two times in the past month and ordered the Dave’s double. I thought the first time might be a fluke, but both times the meat was flat as a pancake, overcooked edges, and tasted odd like it had been sitting for awhile and just reheated. Some parts were even rare. Never going back. I wouldn’t even recommend one star. From viewing many other dissatisfied customers, I’m shocked no one has reported this location to the health department.

My family gets breakfast here from time-to-time as a treat. This morning I brought home $20 worth of food (2 sausage gravy biscuits, 1 bacon egg and cheese meal, and two orders of french toast sticks) that we had to throw most of it away because things were uncooked or partially cooked. Both sausage gravy biscuits looked disgusting (see images) so we didn’t even try, egg was not cooked in the sandwhich and bun burnt to a crisp, French toast hot on outside and still cold in the middle. The only thing that got eaten was the fries. Very disappointed.

Ordered here not but 20 minutes ago wasn’t warned they were apparently entirely out of Bacon, lettuce, and cheese before ordering so I ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club and got just a grilled chicken breast with a tomato on a bun with some sweet mustard flavored sauce. Meanwhile another sandwich on the order had everything they said they were out of on it.
I get being out of the items needed to make things but you need to warn your customers about it first before you fulfill the order. And especially don’t be rude to a customer asking about their messed up order and tell them to take it up with the district manager instead of dealing with it yourself.

Now THANK YOU for allowing me to edit this as I pull around and so for my free .97 fosty while I pick up my door dash and long story short the lady (name coming soon) was UNBELIEVABLY rude, spoke over her employee so two of them were speaking at the same time and then I got even more attitude when I made them aware of that fact. Gooood lawd!

Slacking Packing
This Wendy’s location is ok, the service was pretty decent, the food was good but I do not like how Wendy’s looks now. It looks pretty bland.
