Needs more staffing! Food was very good though. Restaurant was clean. BUT THEY DIDN’T PUT THE LID ON THE CHILI SECURELY AND IT LEAKED ALL IN MY TO GO BAG!!! That was careless and a mess!

I’m sick of this. Every time, every time I go here something is wrong. And chiefly among those things is them skimping on proportions!
I know it’s not an accident, it’s happened the past 5 times I’ve been here. It doesn’t matter what size of fries I order, they’re never full, always half full or less, regardless of it being a large or a small. It wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t counting on the correct proportions (that I paid for!) to feed people. If I needed a value size, half handful of fries, I’d order that instead of ordering a small a getting it half full. I’ve been to other Wendy’s recently and haven’t had this issue. They just seem to rip you off.
They rarely remember sauces. The drive thru takes forever. They often get orders wrong. The past two times I’ve ordered a chocolate frosty and didn’t get it-the one time being given a vanilla frosty and told that they were out of chocolate (which is perfectly reasonable and I understand) and then it was communicated (in less words) that I’ve got what I’ve got and should get over it.
There are a few good people who work here and who try hard, but the past few months this store just skimps on portions. I’ve made several complaints through Wendy’s channels for doing so, and the most I’ve ever received is a placating $5 off your next order. I don’t want to be placated, I want this to be addressed. By someone. I only ever go here because it’s the closest Wendy’s, but unless someone contacts me I’ll write this place off as a loss and contact corporate until I get to speak to someone.
So, tl;dr: Don’t go to this Wendy’s unless you want to be ripped off. Go to literally any other one that is out there. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

This with the baconator fry looks like now. come on now! the fries not all the way done. This is sad looking for the almost 4 dollars i paid for this little mess. Very disappointed

I had the two newest burgers from wendys the nacho chicken burger which was kinda good overkill with the lettuce tho it kept falling off. I had fries but they were not warm at all when I got them. The pretzels baconator was good but I would of liked more sauce on it. It was like the chicken burger took all the baconators sauce lol. But over all not bad for wendys.

i ordered BACONATOR FRIES. and guess what??? THEY FORGOT THE BACON. AND THE CHEESE SAUSE. AND THE SHREDDED CHEESE. guess what i got people!!! PLAIN. FRIES. if i wanted plain fries then i would’ve ordered them!!! spending $5 on some plain cold fries in a fancy container was NOT in my 2024 predictions. to say i’m shocked, dissatisfied, disgusted, and appalled is an understatement. not sure if they forgot or what was going on but i feel cut off and belittled. do better.

Did a drive thru order a little while ago got home and am disgusted by this $9 salad! You got about 43cents worth of past day iceberg, soft cheese that seems to have been possibly frozen then left out,and some dried bits of chicken. Tried to call but I get no answer! DO BETTER!!

The audacity of these people. I make an online order, try to pick it up through the drive thru and was RUDELY told I need to come inside. Get in there and nobody greets me or pays me any attention so I stand there waiting and waiting for somebody to come to the counter. I finally look to the side and see what I believe to be my food sitting there, I go an pick it up off the counter and as I’m turning to leave, miraculously a Wendy’s employee appears and starts clapping and saying “you finally figured it out!” Which means they saw me standing there the entire time. To say I’m livid is an understatement. Luckily I’m not one to cause a scene so I let it slide at the time but the more I think about it, this is unacceptable behavior!!! Do better.

Ordered 2 meals, both Dave’s Triples, meat was dry, bun was dry and old, veggies ice cold. Fries nasty, fryer oil dirty and old. Wasn’t given napkins. Worse experience here ever. Never up to standards.

Got a bacon egg cheese croissant potato wedges and a caramel cold brew
It was delicious it was hot it tasted good and it was served with a smile the lady that waited on me talked me into the cold brew cause I have never had one I’m glad she talked me into it

Drive through, I rarely do fast food. But you dang well know you get those cravings… I was at work for 12 hours, tired… I needed a double patty baconator and a 10 piece nugget so my kid didn’t steal all six.
Any time I go here, the once every six or more months I do, this Wendy’s shows why it’s the best. Great good, fresh fries and nuggets, and that line flows. I don’t do fast food, but when I HAVE to, this Wendy’s has proven just why it has been my go-to for more than 10 years. It may be a little pricey, but I’ve personally never had a bad meal.
Good jobs to the staff of this Wendy’s, you guys deserve a raise IMHO.
