As someone who used to work in fast food y’all really need to look into re-training some of your employees on customer service. I get that your job can be stressful and that people can be really rude to you. But I shouldn’t have employees mean-mugging me when I ask for a drink carrier and being rude when they say y’all don’t have any. I’ve always been very nice to the employees here despite having multiple orders get messed up and never complaining. They don’t need to go out of their way to be nice but they shouldn’t be treating customers like they are a burden just because they are ordering.

The employees were SO rude, inside was closed, the drive thru had TRASH all over it and after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru, when we finally pulled to the second window, an employee was leaning with their back to the window being entirely unwelcoming and rude and all you can hear, is the other employee complaining to the other employee and saying “i ain’t reaching that far” multiple times after forcing us to wait in the line for over 20 minutes. completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior to endure and we will NOT be back anytime soon.

I’m a Veteran, and stopped by Wendy’s on East Market near Summa hospital this morning to get my free breakfast combo meal. Thank you to the Manager and employees there, for being so kind. I had my meal and was out the door in 5 minutes. And the food was hot and very tasty.
THANK YOU AGAIN…. I will be going to this Wendy’s much more often.

Rude employees. Saw at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. Refused to take my order because there was ONE car in front of me that had a big order. After literally 5 minutes I tried to get their attention about taking my order and the girl became incredibly rude, refuses to take my order, and started cussing.

Over half of the times I go they give the wrong food or size. It just happened again. Then when you try to go on the app to get it fixed, there’s no support agents that answer. Don’t recommend, you will waste money.

All the lights are on, the hours say open on google. And no one comes to take the order. This location is a joke.
