This was my first time back at a Wendy’s in many years. I usually don’t eat fast food, but I had a craving for a Wendy’s burger and chocolate frosty. We decided to eat in the restaurant and we are so glad we did. The young man at the counter was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant was sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the food, the employees and the atmosphere. We will return.

The Wendy’s on Rt 42 in Medina was busy and well staffed. The two employees at the counter seemed to like doing their job which was a pleasant surprise when compared to most fast food restaurants.

I stopped by here on Sunday before work and the lady at the drive thru window handed my food out to the van in front of me, they dug through the bag and then handed it back to the cashier in the window… she took the bag back and then handed me the same bag claiming that she put it into another bag. The food was also cold and I couldn’t eat any of it besides the frosty that was included in my meal. Definitely never eating here again!!

Wendy’s lost a customer over 50 cents .I will not be back to wendy’s.I go in there and get a breakfast sandwich.Pay then I said, can I get a barbecue sauce?They told me it would be 50 cents.I said, I got a chicken biscuit they said it did not matter.I asked, do you guys give sauces with a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets?She said, yes, but this is a breakfast sandwich.I said, what does it matter? She said, it’s because the sauces are bigger.They’re new.They’re the exact same size as the old one, so I will no longer be back at.Wendy’s over a 50 cent barbecue sauce and according to the rest of the Reviews on google several others will not be there over a 50 cent sauce also. Multi-million dollar company can’t afford to hand out sauces, mind-blowing

We used to love this Wendy’s (they usually have fresh, hot food). However, they just made it a store policy (or at least began enforcing it, according to an employee) that ALL sauce is 50 cents per packet, unless you order nuggets. Seems odd—no sauce is included with fries or burgers or chicken sandwiches. Just nuggets, according to the manager. This is up to the individual franchise owner, not the company; so disappointed in this location.

Standard menu, easy road access are to be expected here. The interior is a little dated, but the food was on par with other Wendy’s. Service was slower than we have experienced and the signage /order / kitchen area we’re certainly an older version of other Wendy’s establishments we have visited. Overall it was a dine visit, but not worth going out of your way to visit.

I’ve been a regular here for over 2 years. This was my favorite Wendy’s until today when they decided to start charging 50 cents for every sauce (unless it’s for nuggets, which I never get). I understand limiting the number, but 1 sauce for fries and 1 for a double baconator is totally normal. And 50 cents for a single sauce?? I can’t imagine it costs anywhere close to that to produce. Very disappointed.
