This is by FAR the BEST WENDY’S we have ever dined at! We were greeted when we came in, the employees are all friendly and personable! They seem like they really enjoy their jobs. Our order was fast and accurate. The store is clean and trendy! We came an away with full bellies and smiles on our faces! All around the best fast food experience ever!

I didn’t get her name, but the young lady working the drive thru window on 12/2 at around 11:30am was very nice and very helpful. It was busy and I waited a little extra time for my food which was no problem but she still took the extra mile to make my experience really pleasant! Really appreciated it.

Unbelievable experience at this new Wendy’s. Unbelievably bad. Let’s just say if an employee named Amanda is working, run! Run as fast as you can!! How this person has a job is beyond me. They must be so desperate for staffing that they dont care who they bring in. Ive been to this restaurant twice and both times this crazy person was screaming and yelling at her coworkers. Not like work related yelling, like obscenity laced insanity. I dont know if she is the manager or just a worker but OMG! The 1st time we went in w the kids and had to leave because of the fighting. Literal fighting. Throwing things. It was like Waffle House. The 2nd time was even worse. They were outside screaming on the phone to God knows who and then went back inside and was trying to fight the entire staff. I was waiting to see if the police were coming before we tried to order. Im done. These people are all crazy. I’ll cook at home. Ive never seen employees at work act like this is person before. Its the kind of thing you see on YouTube Fails. Wow.

My last two visits were very unpleasant. The workers are extremely incompetent and compulsive liars. To have the nerve to lie straight to my face about giving me a large when it was in fact a medium for the soft drink that came with my combo. Then to fill my cup up with ice after I said three times I wanted light ice. To then tell me that I have to go back around to get light ice. After she lied to me and made the mistake I was then being asked to go out the way to go behind a line of cars just so I can get my drink corrected. Then they look at u like your the problem because they don’t listen and they are so lazy they now have a computer that take orders just as incompetent as they do… it’s literally just a shame as to what customer service is today… like nobody is telling y’all to get jobs where u have to serve people because if I don’t have the heart to do it go do something else’s the money is not that good. Go find y’all passion and let people actually want to serve do it. Like at this point just give robots the jobs cuz clearly people at this Wendy’s are not here to serve the people who work and live in Boston heights.

The stupid AI bot you order with is not good, also its not personal at all. I immediately was upset I had to talk to a robot. I am not anti AI, I develop AI software for a living. But its going to far. Humans like humans. Staff was fine however and kind. Food was okay. I got nuggets and dont like how they have gotten smaller. Take the AI boy away! Give the job to a human who does it better!

I always give a new location a lot of time and leniency, but this location has absolutely not improved from their rough start. I stop here frequently, and it is almost always incredibly slow, and they constantly screw up my order by not reading the customizations etc. I just waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, only to still be asked to pull up ahead of the window and wait, and they still managed to not put bacon on my sandwich that came with it. I’ve had the occasional fine experience, but this location has got to get their act together with order accuracy and speed.

It had been a while since we’ve eaten at a Wendy’s so we decided to check out this new one before we shopped next door. First of all, some things we saw online, we could not order in the restaurant ($4 biggie bag and 2 for $8 sandwiches) which just seems silly. Second, the people were nice, but the food was kind of gross. The fries didn’t taste fresh, and the burger buns were covered in grease and/or soggy. Overall, the food just didn’t taste good. We basically ate it so we wouldn’t waste the money, and left feeling like we wouldn’t eat at Wendy’s again.

At the drive through you have to use the stupid AI bot to order. By using it you have to consent to being recorded. If you don’t want to be recorded you can ask for a crew member. I did because Wendy’s doesn’t need to record me. When I did the crew member goes “you really needed me for that? That’s what the AI is for.” I expect my food to be 1/2 the price if they pay half the workers and have AI do the other half.

Terrible place I would give it 0 starts if I could. Do not spend your money here. They have a automated voice taking orders in the drive through, the robot messed up my order and I told the window when I pulled around it was wrong and I would like to change it, and a girl in the back named “Riri” starting cussing and being very disrespectful when she heard I was changing my order. Which was banning done because their automated system didn’t do its job. Then I later realized when I left they charge me 13.49 for a single cheeseburger with ketchup, baconator fries and a medium drink. Which was not the correct amount. And to the managers, seriously figure out who you need to fire because your employees are terrible people.
