Went through on Tuesday the 17th at noon and the manager was super rude i simply asked for the straws they forgot and he scoffed shut the window and came back and rolled his eyes after giving them to me. I said thank you sir have a good day and he just shut the window in my face. Dont know what i personally did to this guy but he obviously wasnt happy with me.

Worst service ever. I have never met anyone stupider then the blond at Wendy’s. One of my party special ordered her food. No salt, tomato etc. then I ordered the same meal the number 1. I told her I did not want anything special on the order, I wanted as is. She could not understand what I meant. She kept saying all the meals are special. No they are value meals not special. After much arguing she called the manager over. He took one look at me realized I was angry, turned around and walked away. We left!! Will never go to this store again!!!

Stopped here for lunch / dine in on 9/24/25. The good: food wasn’t bad and the dining room was clean. The bad: My biggest problem with my visit here was the service. They forgot to give me my fries… but that wasn’t the biggest deal. I’m pretty sure that the most miserable person I have ever encountered was the gentleman taking my order… and I think he was the manager. He was very short with me when I gave him my order and acted as though I was bothering him. Again, totally miserable. I would not visit this location again just because I wouldn’t want to deal with him. Go someplace else.

Every time I order a salad at the drive thru I ask for 2 dressings and every time I get home I find they’ve only put 1 in the bag. Since I don’t pick up food there often I always forget to check the bag, but it is sad that the only thing that is consistent about my Wendy’s experience is that.
